Hathaway Tree Service

There are some great tree service companies in Rochester, and I’ve used several but I am most pleased with Hathaway time and time again. I’ve used Hathaway as far back as 10 years ago and recently as of this week. And all I have to say is that their business practice is consistent, efficient and honest…and I like that.
The owner doesn’t squander your time on the assessment. He’s frank and straight-​up honest, ‘I could make more money on you if you go this route, but honestly, I’d recommend you do this for x, y, z reasons.’
Most importantly, the crew comes out right away and gets the job done well at a fair price with a clean-​up crew that comes the next day doing an equally fine job.
The icing on the cake is when the owner acknowledged us as his past customers and made a point to service our tree the same week. How unexpected considering the city just got hit with snow and rain storms in the past 3 weeks and every yard practically needed a tree serviced in some way or another. Little did he know that our current tree service company, who we have a contract with for trimming our young trees, put us out for another 4 weeks as if current customers get a lesser priority.
All I have to say is that when our Ash and Black Walnut need to come out for future landscaping reasons, Hathaway will be the first company we ask to do the job.
