Customer service was good and pleasant throughout. Fitted in about 45 minutes and told this is what I needed. Person then gave me a bill for almost $ 800. I thought I’d try them, seeing how much pain my feet have been in for years. They are AWFUL! They made my feet hurt even more. I tried to return them and was told only store credit, no refunds, or I could try to be «fit» again. Just a horrible decision on my part. Would Never recommend going here. Too costly, and if they don’t work, can’t even get your money back. Go to a pediatrist instead. You and your wallet will thank you.

The customer service was nice & professional, but wow, the prices are ridiculous! Everything was great until the paperwork was brought back to us & the grand total was almost $ 500 for a couple pairs of plastic shoe inserts. If the inserts were custom made, I guess that would be one thing, but they were pulled right from the back of the store. If we would have known the cost to begin with, we could have walked out a lot sooner.
