History

Established in 2006.

The Daisy Flour Mill is a Special Events Venue located in what was once a flour mill on Irondequoit Creek. It is located on Blossom Road in the town of Penfield, New York, just across the creek from Ellison Park. Originally built in 1840, it is the last remaining mill on Irondequoit Creek.

Our facility accommodates groups from 40 — 175 in our Mill, Special Event Room, Deck and landscaped Grounds. Chris and Lisa Steubing and family welcome you to host your next Gathering!

The weatherboard building was added to the National Register of Historic Places. Original details and equipment surround your visit!

Business Owner

Rochester native and RIT graduate, Chris has been in the food and beverage business his whole life. Brooklea Country Club, Wegman’s, Gateway Banquet and Conference Center and successfully opening and operating his 2 businesses, Gatherings at the Senator’s Mansion in Churchville and Gatherings at The Daisy Flour Mill. Chris, his wife Lisa and children work hard to bring you a truly unique and memorable «gathered» event!
