Very creepy atmosphere, lots of staff are unprofessional, and blatantly mean to the elders. Care givers should practice compassion, not give attitude to an old man taking his time sitting down and yell TURN… WITH THE WALKER. my mom is here for a short prod of time and I can’t wait till she gets out. I’ve heard nothing but bad things from genesis owned skilled facilities.
