Cascade Gutters

We used Josh 3 years ago to replace all the gutters on our house, so after moving and needing a piece of gutter replaced we of course called him back. When he came to do the estimate he and his coworker both remembered me, my family and the job they had done before, they even remembered my sister whose house they had also worked on. When they came back to do the (small) job they were done from start to finish in just over half an hour and the gutter perfectly matches the color of our trim and the other much older gutters. They are very professional, quick and helpful, we will definitely call them back when we replace the rest of our gutters.

I’m torn on this review. I used this company at the recommendation of my roofers. From the beginning Josh was impossible to get a hold of, even for a bid. All communication was done thru my roofing foreman.
But they came at the appointed time, cleaned up after themselves and for the most part did a fine job. Problem is that I have a non draining section at the back of the house, the gutter isn’t slanted & just sits in about a 5 ft section. I called and left message after message with no return call. Duh, I should have seen that one coming.
I sent a nice letter asking them to call me. I sent a 2^nd registered letter asking for a call so we could get the problem area fixed. Still no call, email or letter.
6 months have passed & I guess I’ll have another gutter company come out and correct the job. I’d love to give these guys 5 stars but the complete lack of communication & follow thru on their part keeps me from doing so.
My gutters come with a guarantee but if I have any problems I can’t see how I can even get them to call me back let alone make good on the warranty.
