History

Established in 1970.

Growing from my wonderful father’s gutter and downspout business, AA Gutter which he formed in 1947, Building Technologies has grown to establish itself as a premier home remodeling and commercial contractor in the Upstate NY area.

As the company evolved through education and field expertise, Building Technologies serves not only the residential market but also is licensed to complete work for the City of Rochester, County of Monroe and other organizations which offer remodeling and upgrade services to residents of their respective communities.

Our staff at Building Technologies continues with its educational endeavors in the remodeling industry… keeping up with new technology for the benefit of our clients.

Being in the remodeling business for over 40 years, we have seen many companies come and go. We are proud of our heritage in growth from a small mom and pop gutter company to a major remodeling firm. We know Dad is smiling down on us… saying «good job son»…keep it up”

If expertise in construction matters to you, then Ted Antonucci is your contractor! Ted began in the construction industry literally at the bottom rung of the ladder and at the foot of his Dad as a 15 year old working summers with his Dad Dominic ‘hanging” and hand soldering gutter and downspouts. In the early 50’s and 60’s guttering was an extension of the tinsmithing profession which included all types of metal fabrications. Ted learned the meaning of hard work but also the true meaning of pride in the accomplishment of a job well done with precision and functionality.

From 1964 to present Ted has grown the gutter business into a major general construction firm in Monroe County and surrounding areas, i.e., home building, design builds, additions, remodeling of all types, exterior and interior renovations as well as specializing in insurance and storm damage work.
