History

Established in 2012.

Located directly across the street from Mayo Clinic’s St. Mary’s Hospital and two blocks from Minnesota Highway 52, the Hotel was built in the 1970’s to give patients travelling to Rochester and Mayo Clinic-​St. Mary’s Hospital a convenient place to stay. The Hotel was sold in December of 2012 and the name was changed to the Brentwood on 2^nd. The Brentwood on 2^nd has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling, bringing new life not only to the Hotel, but to the surrounding area. The Brentwood on 2^nd has the warm, comfortable feel of a boutique Hotel with all the modern conveniences and amenities savy travelers expect. Amy Rowe has an accomplished background in the Hospitality field in Rochester, MN. Previously in Sales for an extended stay property, Amy joined the Brentwood on 2^nd in April 2012 as General Manager.
