History

Established in 1993.

Atlantic Property Management Inc. was created as an independent property management firm in 1993 by a group of landlords to manage their properties with policies that are in the interest of the landlord. Eventually the original landlords sold their properties and APMI evolved into a full-​service property management firm serving the needs of real estate investors in the Rochester, NY area.

Manager

I began my career as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, and Director of Property Management.

I have been instrumental in establishing policies and procedures for the efficient management of multifamily properties. Over the years, I have been responsible for taking over, re-​positioning and marketing numerous properties. I have been deeply involved in both new construction projects and the conversion of rental units to condominiums, coordinating with developers to take delivery of units as they came on line, transitioning renters to owners and establishing detailed quality control procedures to ensure the highest level product is brought to market. In my career I have managed multi-​family units, condominiums, single family homes, and commercial properties along the east coast.
