We phoned in and ordered it to go. Neat idea and a fun menu. The burgers were pretty good, but not great, as they were dry. Gets just an average rating because we felt it was expensive for what we got. If we’d paid a few dollars less, we would have been pretty happy with it.

Greatest burgers on earth… Pittsburgh burger is unbelievable. The owners used to own a few bars in the downtown Rochester area that were awesome spots. I think they nailed it with this new restaurant. Took about 15 min to receive the food. Seating is very limited. I would recommend this spot for any burger lovers

The food here is really good. Burger to Bun ratio is perfect. Lots of great combinations as far as specialty burger as well. My only issue with the place is the size of the place itself is on the small side with limited seating. We were lucky enough not to wait till seating open up due to a couple leaving right when we got there. Normally this wouldn’t bother me because we would just get it to go but since I drove from the other side of the city to try the place out, that would have sucked. Other wise it was clean, the girl taking our order was nice and they have a killer beer selection.

I received a nice email from the owner about my review. I’m willing to see my bad experience as an isolated incident since the food was so good the first time. I will get it another shot soon.

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible experience will never go back. People told me they got sick from this place. I said let me try it for myself so I did. I definitely got sick runs all night. I brought my whole family and it took forever and they were not busy and I see why. Then paid $ 3.99 for a grilled cheese cause hey don’t have kids meals. My son went up and asked for a side of ranch and the young naïve girl said sure that will be $ 1.62. Are you kidding me seriously? Cans of Pepsi products seems really cheap for a $ 10 burgers. They also bring food out in plastic grocery bags how cheap can you be. We just spent $ 62 for four adults and 1 child. Food was over priced service was a disgrace. I wouldn’t go here and suggest others don’t either unless you want to waste your money get sick and have a horrible experience. Don’t let the fun nasty burgers get you excited. 5 guys way better way friendlier. I plan on call the health department based in so many other comments and then getting sick! DO NOT GO HERE!

I am a huge fan of this place. Great menu and good beer selection. The food only took about 5 minutes to be delivered to our table. After diving in the gentleman who took our order came over to the table to check in and make sure we were satisfied. Overall it was a great experience, I will be back!

A friend brought me here after shopping at Greeceridge, all I had to do was hear the name of the place and I was on board. Burgers and craft beer? You didn’t even have to ask.
The craft beer selection in bottles was pretty good, they had 5 or 6 taps with decent stuff too although they must sell those less because they still had a couple Octoberfests on.
The signature burger options were creative and different. I played it safe with a mushroom & Swiss burger (add bacon, obv) but my friend immediately ordered the «Peanut Butter Burger». I did a double take in horror, but both she and another friend I talked to later said it is fantastic. Time will tell if I ever summon the nerve to try, but they have my curiosity about that one.
I also highly recommend the sweet potato tots (house made), they are delightful.
Finally, my buddy told me the place is owned and run by a couple of younger guys (20s-​30s?) and one of them was our cashier/​server, it showed that not only did he care that we enjoyed our experience but he was a genuinely kind and hospitable host. Maybe it’s the fact that they’re younger that makes their menu so avant-​garde, their beer list less tired than that of your average burger joint, and their approach so fresh. Or maybe they just know what they’re doing. Regardless, I will definitely be back.

Ok so I always give a more than fair shake before writing a review, this was my 5^th visit to the place. The first 3 visits I thought man awesome burger place I was loving it as they say even telling friends to go. but something happened. I always order my burgers medium rare wherever i eat, but on my 4^th visit they stopped allowing me to order my burger the way I want it (bad move especially since you’re a burger place! I am not a toddler, think about it. I implore you. how often do people actually get sick from burgers that aren’t burned. never is the answer), but thats not even the worst part (well it’s close.) the vibe I get from the place is that they’re tired of holding up the high standard that we’ve come to know and appreciate, they say if you don’t love what you do you simply get burned out but an organization can’t afford that because it will collapse, I have a feeling they’re moving into dangerous territory, moving from delicious gourmet burgers into overpriced average hockey pucks and though an attitude like that might last out in Greece where expectations are low. well you must be new here as the saying goes, and imo will see a serious decline from people going out of their way. However all is not yet lost from this customer and their friends, I’m personally willing to give the 3^rd pitch and I’m really hoping you don’t strike out, every organization has off days sometimes even a couple but 3 in a row is where I seek better for my dollar.
Update: well if you’re temping them for consistency then it’s not working, as I said my first three visits were great I requested med. Rare and was told they would get it as close as allowed, it was juicy and delicious. I was telling people to go see you. The last two visits were overcooked and dry as horse dung, therefore inconsistent, I’m going to give it one more try before I give up on you completely, but how does a place go from having one of the best burgers around to something you never want to eat again, I’ll tell you. it’s inconsistency please reconsider cooking burgers to ordered doneness.

Really disappointed with this place. I’ve been here several times and the burgers are so creative and delicious! I went to order from here last night and called a little ahead from when I was able to pick up. I was shocked when the person who answered the phone said they don’t do orders for certain times. I called an hour ahead you really can’t accommodate that? Usually the wait time is around 45 minutes anyways, so I figured calling ahead would be fine. The guy who answered the phone was rude and said if we wanted to place an order our food would be ready in 15 minutes. So my question is if they weren’t busy why couldn’t they make my order for when I could come get it? I was so annoyed I didn’t bother to order from here. This place needs to be way more accommodating seeing as they are generally a take out place with limited seating.

Seriously amazing burgers! Thick and perfectly cooked, super fresh and hot. We went a little before the normal dinner rush at any restaurant on a Saturday night, and the place was nearly empty. I ordered a breakfast burger and tater tots. The burger had a fried egg, Canadian bacon, cheddar-​hashbrowns, maple mayo, and cheddar on a ciabatta style roll. Such an amazing combination! Sweet, smoky and savory all at once. The tots were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Definitely go on a weeknight or early dinner to avoid the wait, or order take out!

This place rocks the burger! Really, you can’t get a better burger in Roc. Also, you can’t get a better beer selection. Grapefruit Sculpin on tap is the new standard in beer cuisine. Great job!
Now, since I am a jerk at heart— I didn’t like the way our burgers were served, everything in to go containers. Even though we were dining in.

I understand the variation in ratings for this place from a one to a five. I believe the ones are mostly for the location, wait, service and price probably while the fives are primarily for the food.
I tried this place on a not so busy weekday which was probably good. Still was told I had a thirty minute wait but food came out about five minutes earlier than that.
I had the PittsBurger which was a delicious beast. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in Rochester. The bun was huge, fresh and appropriately soft. The patty itself was done medium well and had great meaty taste to it. It wasn’t as juicy as I like my meat however the basil pesto mayo and coleslaw gave it more than enough juice and kick. It also came with fries inside the burger which I quite enjoyed. The coleslaw was done just right and not too heavy or bitter which is how I like it.
You order the sides separately. I had the french fries which were crispy and salty. The Jalapeño Bites tasted great with the ranch however were fried a tad bit too much. And of course they have a wide variety of beer as well.
The food was right on point and totally fulfilled my burger craving. The place itself has outdoor and indoor seating though it seems like the owners are having a hard time keeping up with the business they are getting which translates in to higher wait times.
Things to improve: 1. Ask if food is for take out or dine in. Provide paper plates. Every burger comes out in a plastic bag wrapped in foil. It would be nice to have one on a plate if I’m dining in. 2. Wait time. 3. Location. Well I’m sure people living nearby love it but it’s a drive for me and I’m selfish.
Will definitely come back and try the «Patriot Plates» and the Donut and Peanut Butter Burgers.

Will never return to this place. It was my first time there and I felt rushed to put in an order because there was a large line forming behind us but I had never been there and didn’t know what I wanted and had to read the menu on the wall. If I got out of line I would have had to wait for forever, so make sure you know what you want before you go. Also I was very disappointed in the beer selection it was all craft beers and I wasn’t a fan of most of them, but we created our own six pack and when we went to cash out the six pack by itself was 30 freaking dollars. Are you kidding me? Not only that but the burgers themselves are nothing special and the guy behind the counter was more then rude and not helpful. That would be the last time we ever go to the burger bar

I waited over an hour for two burgers, fries and tots. Apparently they forgot to make my order and I would’ve kept waiting if I didn’t say something. Not exactly sure how this place gets stellar reviews. 45+ minutes for a burger is ridiculous. It takes probably 5 minutes to cook a burger maybe 6 minutes for tots. This place wasn’t exactly busy enough to justify an hour wait.
Never got my food, after over an hour wait we just asked for our money back and went elsewhere.
Probably never coming back.

Called ahead and ordered — was ready in 15 minutes just as requested and we did have several specific requests. I got the doughnut burger — the cheese was minimal — seemed like a really thin piece and the burger was very dry. I did like the doughnut idea and the sweet and salty was a good combination but was super disappointed with the dry burger. My husband got the Idaho burger and his burger was also very dry. We got the onion rings and tator tots which were average but didn’t travel well as were soggy by the time we got home (20 mins) but no fault of theirs. Mac Salad was slightly dry, made with shells — wasn’t bad but did need some salt — would be great with meat sauce, ketchup and mustard on it.
Have been reading the reviews and wanted to Love this place. Maybe they just had an off night. The service was very friendly and efficient.

After the great reviews, we decided to check this place out. Something totally new and different in Greece! However, it turns out that it was more of the same super-​greasy food everywhere else in this part of Rochester.
While the large-​sized burgers were really good at the time, smelling anything remotely greasy for the rest of the day made me cringe. I think that was the biggest downfall of our experience — so much grease.
The staff was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable on beers, and the wait time for food was reasonable. They have quite a few options on draft, and the items scroll through on a tv by the ordering counter. However, I found it difficult to figure out what beer to order since a list of the drafts was only on the tv screen and couldn’t easily be read upon walking in.
So, yes something new in Greece, but also probably only a one-​time stop for us.

You want comfort food? You’ve come to the right place my friends. Their menu is packed with all sorts of fun and yummy options. The burgers are MASSIVE packed with flavor. Their plates are crazy cool and very flavorful — their meat sauce is definitely hot! Don’t be like my boyfriend and ask for extra, he was sweating like crazy lol! The place is certainly cute, but small. They have a wall full of coolers filled with all sorts of different beers. You can buy them by a pack or individually. A neat little extra.
I can’t see them staying in this spot long they’ve already outgrown it. We had to wait 30 minutes for our burgers, but it was worth the wait. A staff member came up to our table asking how everything was and apologized for the wait. that was very nice. All in all a great experience.

I have nothing bad to say at all. Great atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food! I had the jalapeño burger and I was blown away. I typically only eat red meat well done and this was not, BUT maybe I’ve been missing out on a sure thing because holy crap this was amazing! I have a texture fetish and I was not disappointed with the jalapeño chips perfection paired with the juicy meat. Good god I can’t wait to go back!

I feel like when I watch Triple D, there are not outrageous places in Rochester that serve amazing sandwiches or burgers. I feel like places try but they don’t come close to anything I see on Triple D. I have to say that this place is the closest thing to the drool worthy food I have seen on Triple D!
I went to ABBABB on Sunday around 3:30pm. My boyfriend and I have been dying to try this place out and we finally went with my parents. Everything was really really good. I had the american burger, which i felt pretty lame for getting and not getting one of fancier burgers on the menu, but it was perfect and just want I wanted. I added meat hot sauce which was great and it made it the perfect burger.
My boyfriend god the Baja Burger and I was totally jealous. It was huge and had onion rings on it! But like I said, my burger hit the spot.
The buns these burgers are served on are delicious! I hate when you get a burger bun that is stale or something that is over sized for the meat and toppings, but this was perfect and soooo good. They serve everything to go style, so it was wrapped in foil. I was nervous that it was going to be soggy because the burger was still really hot, but once again, it was perfect! Everyone loved what they had and I think it was well worth the money. The burgers were huge and super filling. Everything is on point!
A few things to keep in mind. There is not much seating, so it’s definitely more of a take out burger place. You can buy beer there also. It is very loud in there, if you decide to stay and eat, don’t be shocked. We sat at a table of four and could hardly talk because it was so loud. I don’t think that would ever stop me from going back there, but it just reassures that this is a take out place. The fries were ok, nothing to write home about. If you order sides, I would go with the Mac salad and onion rings. Soooooo delicious!
Over all, great food and well worth the price… i am already planning my next order for my next visit!!!
