Amalgamated Audio Video

Over the past two years I’ve had the misfortune of having chosen to work with Amalgamated Audio. Last year I bought a pair of Paradigm Monitor 7 speakers from them and it took them four months to get them for me. After calling repeatedly I found that mine had come in and they had given them to someone else and then checked my name off as having received them. I then had to continue waiting for them to arrive.
Back in April I figured I’d give them another shot to try and get some surround speakers (after all, how could it be as bad as last time). Well, I’m sorry to report it took them almost another 4 months to get my speakers to me. I would strongly advise against this business, they never have ANYTHING in stock and everything (even the most common color speakers) need to be special ordered. I love the speakers they carry, but their business practices are horrible. If you are looking for Paradigm speakers, try a dealer up in the cities. . or find another brand that’s carried at another dealer.
