Established in 2012.

Owner and New York State Licensed Acupuncturist, Charlie Sylvester opened the doors of AcuMediZen in 2012 with a vision in mind. This vision included assisting people in managing their every day aches and pains as well as their overall health and wellness. Charlie’s desire is to not only help people achieve a state of optimal health but to also teach them along the way and equip them with the proper tools and knowledge necessary to live a healthy and fulfilling life.

Charlie Sylvester is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist, a certified Diplomate in Acupuncture and an active member of the NCCAOM. He holds a Master of Science in Acupuncture degree from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington.

Charlie is a also a native of Western New York, having grown up in Webster. He currently resides in Ontario, New York with his wife, daughter and mini dachshund. In his spare time he enjoys listening to and playing music, watching movies, reading, cooking, wine tasting, exercising, playing soccer and doing various other outdoor activities,
