This store has one big issue, the manager! A little power goes to a big head !
Comcast customer service at the call center is bad, this manager was the same!
She blamed me she wouldn’t listen to me, but insisted I listen to her, because she knew more than I did. Oh well, perhaps I should give Dish a try, I’m tired of poor service… My pet peeve!

I came here so I wouldn’t have to deal with the terrible customer service over the phone. The experience here wasn’t any better. There were 15 people in line and only 3 people working behind the counter. The service alone is reason enough to cut the cord.

When you’re stuck between no internet and Comcast, you might feel like you have no other option.
Don’t get desperate. This is the worst place you could ever find yourself.
I guess for specific examples, I first signed up and it took them 30 minutes and 2 computers to find my address. Because of that I was promised a package upgrade and a credit for 1 year. 6 months later it expired, but no big deal.
When my package was up, I started down a rabbit hole of terrible customer service, uninformed and incapable reps, and unwarranted $ 80 bills. Stay away.
