True Health and Nutrition is a veteran/​family owned vitamin and supplement store. We are located in the Papa Joe’s Plaza (next to The Hills Restaurant) on the northwest corner of Rochester Rd. and Tienken in scenic Rochester Hills, MI.

When we first began the process of starting this company, our main goal was to carry only high quality products at affordable prices. From that first day, our objective has been to provide you with items that we personally vetted and would only want to use ourselves. It took months of intensive research into each and every item we sell to arrive at the point we opened our door.

We didn’t open our door until we were comfortable giving you our personal pledge.
