A longtime Sprint customer I wanted to upgrade my IPhone. I checked reviews of several Sprint Stores because they are not created equal. The franchised ones seem a little shady and have staff that sometimes misrepresents the customer options. Unfortunately my first 5 minutes with saleswoman sent me out shaking my head in disappointment. Accompanied by my young daughters; they asked what was wrong and I said that «sometimes people in businesses lie to you.»
I went into the store with information provided by a conversation with Sprint and knew what phone and rates I would end up with. So once the salesperson input my account she told me my «only option» was more expensive. I replied «Only option?» And she said «Yes.» So I went home and did it online – no lying involved.
