The Pilot team came out on short notice to install a new hot water tank. We upgraded to a 50 gallon since it was only $ 100 more for the extra capacity. Nick and Kevin were pretty good guys to have out to our home. They weren’t perfect but they were more polite and conscientious than most service people we’ve had out to perform work. They got the job done quickly and neatly. We think highly of Pilot Heating and Cooling and would easily refer them to others.
