I have been a patient here for nearly 8 years. I consider this practice family. I always get welcoming smiles and hugs from the nurses, office staff and docs. They cared for my life and my babies with the upmost careful and loving care when I was pregnant. They are AMAZING and extremely thorough and detailed. We have always taken the time to talk to me and explain things never allow me to leave the office unless I felt completely comfortable or understood what was going on. Have nothing but great things to say about this practice. In addition to annual exams and other female issues I’ve experienced they are hands down the best docs in the biz to care for your needs. Pregnancy was hard for me because I had a blood clotting disease and also had a stillborn. And being handled me and my pregnancy with the most delicate care, especially in emergency situations. Dr Sandy Morgan is the best!!! I adore her and I can’t say nothing but good things about her. Natalie she’s sweet and kind and sensitive to your needs but she also knows how to act under a strenuous and stressful situation. I have seen this first and foremost. All the docs are wonderful some of my favorites Dr Morgan, Dr. Wallace, Dr. Love, Dr. McBride.
And Kate DiPonio Ultrasound Tech/​expert. She is the kindest and most wonderful person I’ve met. He will never forgive her because she did so much for me during a very difficult time you handled it with the most gentle care. They’re lucky to have her.

Becky, Theresa, and Dr. Wallace are just some of the amazing staff members that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with at this Gyno office. Everyone is super nice, professional, caring and they run on time. They offer natural birthing options/​4D ultrasounds as well as midwives/​Dulas which is cool.
I have no complaints with Dr. Wallace or this location at all! Would recommend if you’re in need of a great Gyno!

I can’t speak on how the doctors are, as I only went once for an ultrasound. I had a new doctor, and I didn’t go back because she had little to no bedside manner, and sat way too close for comfort.
However, I got a large bill from them, that I needed to pay in segments. I have never been treated more rudely, or coldly by the front desk and the billing department than I have here. I thought about complaining, but I figured there was no point to it, because I assumed the office manager would be just as rude. If I was late a payment, they called me several times a week and pretty much harassed me for a 30 dollar payment.
Due to that, I would not even give the doctors a try, nor would I recommend this facility to anyone I know.

I have been seeing the doctors for almost a year now. First for a health issue and now for pregnancy. They have been supportive and helpful. When I have questions they listen to me and don’t make me feel silly. Dr Love is amazing and so are most of his partners. I saw Kate for an emergency ultrasound and she hugged me and treated me like family. Also I receive a summary e-​mail of my visit and e-​mailed appointment reminders. They have so many doctors and mid wives. If you don’t like one you are bound to click with someone there.

I went to an OB at another Dr’s office with my first pregnancy, and I didn’t get the birthing experience I wanted. A friend suggested I try a midwife and I am SO thrilled I found Kathy. She was amazing and graceful and answered all my questions up front and honestly. My pregnancy and birthing experience with my second daughter was amazing. Hands down best experience ever.

Dr. Shelley Sapick truly makes an uncomfortable appointment as comfortable and calming as possible. Let’s face it, nobody LIKES to go to the gynecologist, but Dr. Sapick makes the process a lot easier. I began seeing her following a surgery that was done by another OB/​GYN from a different practice that I just didn’t click with. Dr. Sapick is an example of what a truly compassionate, educated doctor should be. As long as I remain in this area, she will remain my doctor.
