I never got my car repaired here although I did speak to Chris on two occasions. I went here twice since I was unsure of whether I’d go through insurance or not. The first visit, Chris was polite, almost to the point of being overly so. He seemed honest. However, the second time I went there, he was annoyed and brusque. He even angrily told me he was not interested in fixing my car. And I am not interested in getting my car fixed there.
He became quite angry after I wanted to get what he promised me in writing. I don’t think that’s too much to ask, if you are indeed honest. If you are trying to be deceptive (maybe because I look young or because I’m a woman), however, you would probably become angry like he did.
If you do not have major car repairs, I do not recommend that you go here. Also, if you are indecisive about what shop to go to, this probably won’t be your first choice since Chris does not seem to have a lot of patience or emotional control.

My experience at Hamlin Collision Center was one of the best I’ve had. They were very friendly and honest with me about my situation and that is something that is hard to come by in today’s world. All the staff was more than happy to share advice and were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants an all around great service. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Thank you HCC!
