My go to place for oil changes. I will not take mine to the dealer for just an oil change. Sitting in the waiting room is akin to being held hostage and not knowing when I will be released.
They have great hours, Sunday being my favorite.
With 3 bays, Rarely wait more than one car ahead
The staff is very friendly, best part is I don’t get that creepy stalker feel that I have from other oil shops.
Standard oil change, air filters, wipers all at a fair price.

Great oil change place! They never try and sell you stuff you don’t need and they are very respectful to women. I drive all the way from chesterfield because I’d never go anywhere else

Have been here many times and they are always fast and efficient.
Their staff is friendly and helpful. Haven’t seen any upselling unless there was something noticeable (like low coolant, etc).
Very reasonable to get your oil changed including:
— windshield cleaned
— tires filled to psi of your choice
— door hinges and locks greased
All in just a couple minutes.

For what it is, no complaints!
I hate getting my oil changed, or doing much at all with my car aside from getting gas. I always get hassled, don’t know where to go or who to talk to… it’s all just a big hassle for me, honestly. That’s why I go to these 10-​minute drive-​through oil change places. I can’t be bothered with the annoyance of a regular place, despite the fact that I know I’d pay about half as much. I really don’t mind.
My oil change cost me about $ 35 with a $ 2 off coupon (on their website). I was out in probably less than 10 minutes, no waiting. They didn’t hassle me for fancy oil, and didn’t make fun of me for not knowing how to pop the hood on my new car (embarrassing, I know… oh well). They also informed me how to get the oil change light off! Very cool. Plus I got a tootsie pop.
Overall, it’s a garage. My expectations weren’t sky-​high. But for the amount of hassle it saved it, I personally think it’s worth the extra cash.

I got my oil changed here around 11am one Sunday. The oil change seemed fine enough, but holy moly, the customer service specifically by one person was APPALLING. This one blonde girl, maybe about 23 years old, was SO RUDE. She was dressed in her pajamas, looked like she just rolled out of bed. not a big deal. but I say that because maybe she was tired (?) and that’s why she came across as so rude. Hard to do it justice without being able to do an impression in person, but I just really felt treated like I was irritating her or inconveniencing her in some way… or like I personally came and woke her up to handle the payment for my oil change. Their prices do not justify such a lack of even basic customer service skills like saying «hello» to a paying customer when you come up to their window before telling them how much they owe you. I would go to Uncle Ed’s any day over this place.

I’ve been coming here for a few years when I don’t have the time, space, or pride to brave the elements of Michigan weather to perform a DIY oil change.
Awesome place! Fast, efficient, lots of extra services; tires, door hinges, windshield cleaning, friendly and thorough service at a competitive price.
After I recently took my new used vehicle there, they informed me of the cartridge filter that had a bad oil cap and showed me that the spring was missing. They fixed it the best they could, but it was nice that they informed me something was broken.
I will continue to show my loyalty to this place!

Friendly, personal service has kept me coming back for years and years. When you’re in a commodity business, the difference boils down to service. And these guys (and gals) got it down pat.

10 minute oil change? Well, I guess that’s all they do. Didn’t top off any of my fluids or even fill my tires with air. Cost about $ 40… But I did get a free tootsie pop.

Convenient location, good service, prices were a little high though.

I went about a year ago for an oil change. Indeed it was quick as promised but I ended up paying way too much and I felt like I was being hustled. I repeatedly had to say «no» to all the extra stuff that they recommended my car needed. Thankfully I know enough about my car to know when certain services are recommended.

Love this place. Fast, friendly, and proficient. Prices are comparable with other quick oil change shops and much cheaper than the Toyota dealership.

Quick service, multiple bays, included in the oil change is a window clean, window washer solvent fill up, they will ask if you want your door hinges lubecated, no charge. And if your not sure how to reset your dash oil light, they will show you how.
And the best for us that work a lot of hours… They are open on Sunday’s

I work for a computer company. I often chide my customers for not knowing how to run their equipment. When I get my car worked on, I know how my customers feel.
I know little about my car, aside how to fill up the gas tank and where the cupholder is. If it wasn’t for the chimes and the decal on my windshield, I’d probably never get an oil change. Luckily, I have those things, and Luckily, there’s D&H Quick Lube.
The staff here are friendly and non-​judgemental. The prices are fair and the place seems clean (though I have never gotten out of my car). Service is speedy, and they never try to upsell you on things like a tire rotation (though I’m pretty sure I need one. My tires look like Telly Savalas).
The icing on the cake from here is that they give you a Tootsie Pop with your receipt. It’s like going to the doctor’s office, except less nudity.

I have always been advised by friends to avoid the ten minute oil change places because it’s more expensive. Pennzoil is pricey but I think the service is as least better than taking it to my dealership!
The few times that I have taken my Jeep to the dealer for a quick oil change always ended up frustrating me! I would clearly specify that I only wanted an oil change, but the mechanic would try to tack on more. Once I went in and they insisted on tire rotation which added another $ 22.00. I gave the ok for the tire rotation. After waiting a half hour the mechanic came back and said I will need new brakes soon and they could take care of that now, then he quoted something in the $ 300 ball park! I had to repeat that I could not afford that right now and I would just stick with the oil change and rotation for now! Not to mention at that time my Jeep had less than 30,000 miles… I was pretty sure I could pass on new brakes! Anyhow so after thinking the whole dealership experience over I decided to go to Pennzoil.
I think they do a great job! Everyone was courteous and the service was prompt! They deliver on the ten minute advertisement. They check all fluids, and most important they get down to business! Plus I don’t get badgered to have anything extra done. I spent $ 35.50.
I know that is not a good deal for an oil change, but it was worth the convenience. I would spend around $ 44.00 with all the extras I paid for taking it to the dealer. At least Pennzoil gave me a tootsie pop with my receipt! I definitely changed my opinion about ten minute oil change places versus the so called better service I’m supposed to get at the dealership!
