The firm was established in 1925 as an independent insurance agency located in Kearny, NJ. Currently, the main office of Mintz Girgan & Brightly is conveniently located in Rochelle Park, NJ.

Meet the Business Owner

Bill B.

Business Owner

Bill is a graduate of Lafayette College and holds a CPCU designation. He began his insurance career as a marketing representative with Kemper. He then took a marketing job with the Home Insurance Group before joining Mintz Girgan & Brightly in 1984. In 1990 Bill became President and owner of Mintz Girgan & Brightly, Inc.

Bill recognizes that at times the insurance industry can be difficult and confusing to buyers, so Bill’s approach is to bring his extensive experience, knowledge of coverage, and competitive spirit when negotiating with insurance carriers on behalf of his clients. In addition, he is dedicated to standing up for clients faced with difficult claims scenarios. Bill is supported by an extremely professional and experienced staff who work with both commerical and personal clients.
