Maggie Moo’s is an amazing ice cream place. They did just change their name to Cherry on Top. Their dark chocolate ice cream is one of the best chocolate ice creams I ever had. Some flavors were a hit, others were a miss. Otherwise I’m a fan.

Walked in at 9:57 and they close at 10 and I asked if we can order and they said no it was kind of too late. This place should shut down at 9:30 or shut down altogether don’t come here if you want good service Even more frustrating we stood around trying to choose and ice cream for 10 minutes and nobody ever said, it may be too late to order. Very inconsiderate staff Maggie m0o… you shall now be referred to as Maggie boo! And if anyone in the future ever asked me of a good ice cream place, I’m going to say, Maggie who?

In my local ice cream quest I had to visit here. As others have stated, it is a Cold Stone like concept. But I did not want to be swayed by mix ins or toppings. I just got 2 flavors in a small cup, pistachio and red velvet cake. Both were almost fluorescent, which I admit, without the benefit of a black light, were a turnoff. Neither of these choices merit repeating. Children may be more suited to this cute shop, which offers indoor and outdoor seating. There is even bean bag toss games outside. My personal tastes aside, I recommend locals to give this homemade ice cream shop a whirl, especially if you are already eating at one of the adjacent restaurants. 3 scoops, I mean Unilocal

I thought the ice cream was really bad. I had the brownie batter and dark chocolate ice cream and neither were that chocolatey or flavorful. Also the girl who helped me wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t make me feel comfortable.

The ice cream is great, but I had a bad experience with the service. I had hot chocolate spilled on me by a worker named Dickbutt. Then, when I addressed this to the boy, he threw an ice cream scooper at me. Sincerely, John Doe

I love their ice cream, but my favorite part about this place is their community involvement. The owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and he jumped at the chance to help a local family in need. I’ve seen the shop similarly benefit countless other families, school organizations, sports teams, etc. and that’s the reason why I will always stop here(and also for a good treat!).

I was impressed but not overwhelmed. The ice cream was really good, just not great, but the serving sizes were huge. It’s a cold stone like ice cream shop with a more local vibe. Prices are were you’d expect, slightly expensive but you do get to chose your own toppings. Service was good. Although we were not overwhelmed, it’s was quite good. We’ll certainly be stopping in again if we’re near Hamilton Square with a sweet tooth.

I really wanted to love it. It was good. Not exceptional but good. They make their own ice cream. Some flavors are a hit; others a miss. This particular chocolate ice cream was just good. I was a bit disappointed. :(

Wasn’t anything special. And the employees weren’t very friendly.

Ice cream shop much like Cold Stone or Marble Slab where you pick the ice cream flavor(s) and topping(s), then they mash it all up and mix it into the ice cream. This place is clean and bright and the staff was friendly(although I’m not sure they are the regular staff this night as it looked like some High School fund raising activity was afoot). If you like ice cream, then this place is for you.
