Sipe’s Car Care Center

This was a great place to take my car to get work done. I heard my brakes grinding, and I saw Sipe & Werth had a 5 star rating. They called me and gave me an estimate and also told me that my front tires were getting close to needed to be replaced. They told me they’d switch them to the back for now, but it was something I should think about. I appreciated that they didn’t try to push another expense on me, but were honest with me about what my car needed. They came in under their estimate, and gave me 10 free dollars of gas for every hundred dollars I spent! Friendly, respectful, prompt, and trustworthy. :-)

My wife had just loaded the toddler in the car, ready to head to St. Paul, when she realized her tire wasn’t just low, it was going flat. I got the call as I was on my way home from work. Her plan was a good one: head to Sipe’s.
About five minutes later I got there — it’s not far from our house. Amazingly, the car was already up on a jack, and Alex was getting ready to remove and examine the tire.
Within half an hour, he had diagnosed a bead leak, removed the tire from the rim, ground down the uneven spots, and re-​sealed and inflated the tire. He also made sure the other three were okay.
We were very lucky in terms of the timing, so it’s not like you could plan on something like this… But that’s the point. Alex made no promises, and he made sure to take care of his full-​service customers too (yes, they pump gas, old-​school style, if you’re into that) but he was on the spot, quick and efficient, and friendly and attentive. It’s just the way things are done at the service station. We have definitely become big fans.
I probably use Sipe’s about half the time I need gas, just because it’s convenient to home. Now, it’ll be more often, and because I believe in the way they treat customers.

They refill propane tanks Wednesday and Sundays double punch days for propane by the refills and get forth tank free. Very friendly staff.
