Mile Level Physical Therapy is locally owned and operated since May 2004. This allows us to be more attentive to our patients needs without the over site of a large corporation.

Mile Level Physical Therapy remains open later to provide physical therapy to working individuals, while other local physical therapy clinics close at 5 P.M. The clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. On Tuesdays, patients are seen from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The Friday clinic hours are 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.

Established in 2004.

Locally owned and operated by Dr. Michael Gentry, PT, MTC. Mile Level Physical Therapy has expanded to five locations: Roaring Spring, Northern Cambria, and three convenient locations in Bedford PA.

Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Michael G.

Business Owner

Dr. Michael Gentry is a graduate of Central High School in Martinsburg PA. He attended Penn State University and graduated with a bachelors in Science and Kinesiology. Afterwards, he attended Saint Francis University where he was accredited with a Masters in Physical therapy. Michael later went on for his Manual Therapy Certification and then Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the prestigious University of Saint Augustine in Florida. He currently resides in Duncansville with his wife Brandi Gentry who is also a physical therapist.
