They’re unprofessional and dishonest. i advice not to use them unless you know what you’re doing. I sent a brand new iPhone to a friend, and they didn’t advice me at all on declaring its value or how to wrap it, and when it got lost(or stolen) they blamed everything on me, and denied about not advising me. i got compensated 100USD for a brand new iPhone 5S. The owner is very rude, he hanged up the phone in my face! if you deal with them, expect the lousiest customer service you’ll ever get when your package is lost.

Do not use these people unless you know more about shipping practices than they do; they misled me about shipping out my daughter’s wedding cake(irreplaceable) with dry ice because the associate who waited on me assured me that ground transportation w/dry ice from VA to WA would be fine after a week. I even stressed that the cake couldn’t be replaced & my options were overnight at over $ 130, 3-day service at $ 79, or ground at $ 30. Had she not told me of the«amazing» experiences she’d seen with dry ice I would never have taken the risk of shipping it anything other than 3 days. When the cake arrived, ruined, with no indication of every having been cooled, my daughter called to let me know I should complain. After 4 phone calls I finally reached the manager who said her associate had told me she’d had NO experience with dry ice & that unless I wanted to go the cost of overnight shipping I shouldn’t have expected anything else. It is clear the sales clerk lied to her manager to save her job, but the manager offered nothing to compensate for our loss whatsover; she actually was dismissive and unconcerned, which I assume is why she refused to return my other 3 phone calls. These people don’t know the first thing about customer service and it’s clear to me they hire any warm body who can schmooze their way through a challenging issue with shipping.
