Your options include sumptuous breakfast buffets, a la carte lunch features and a fine dining dinner experience in the elegant and award-​winning Regency Dining Room, now celebrating 75 years of service in the Roanoke Valley.

History

Established in 1938.

Opening in 1938, The Regency Room has remained at the heart of the Roanoke social and cultural experience. The restaurant, under the direction of Executive Chef Stephen DeMarco, features French-​inspired Southern cuisine and is open year-​round, including holidays. The Regency Room is extensively involved in a shop local, buy local mentality, working with a Floyd County cooperative called Good Food, Good People, which helps business owners to purchase produce from area farmers. The foods are picked to order and delivered within 24 hours. The Regency Room has worked with local growers for more than six years, purchasing mostly locally grown fruits and vegetables and also buys lamb from Border Springs Farm in Patrick County.

With our seasonal menu offerings, live entertainment, and an opportunity to sample what southwestern Virginia has to offer, every night is special.

Executive Chef Stephen D.

Manager

The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen DeMarco as Executive Chef.

Chef Demarco brings more than 28 years of experience to the region following his most recent work as owner of his own restaurant consulting firm and serving as a private chef in the New York Metropolitan area. He is looking forward to adding his culinary skills and influence to the very diverse and growing culinary landscape of Virginia’s Blue Ridge.
