We’re a comfort food kind of food Truck! We offer specialty grilled cheeses, soup, signature apps, locally baked desserts and more. We also make frequent trips to the local farmers market to pick up the freshest of the fresh, ingredients. Call us for your next event. We specialize in: Festivals, Special Events, School Activities, Catering, Corporate Events as well as Private Events.

History

Established in 2015.

We purchased a 1980 short bus, completely gutted it and turned it into a fully contained mobile kitchen. We did a soft launch opening in October of 2015 and have been rolling ever since. We are dedicated to serving up the best specialty grilled cheeses in town. We also offer soups and other signature apps. Business Owner

Toya Jones is a native of Roanoke, Virginia. She is the CEO at Vivid, LLC, the former owner of a coffee shop (The Sunsprite Café) and the proud owner of The DoJo Grill. In her spare time which is rare these days, she enjoys playing the drums, the ukulele, the acoustic guitar, writing, camping, traveling and attending music festivals.
