Termites Eliminations by Terminix

After going back and forth now for over a year, I cannot believe what they have done today. Last year they did not complete the service we paid for, overcharged is, lied to us about the interest rate and then charged us for things we didn’t even want.
We specifically did not get the renewal plan. We have told them this multiple times as we have been getting requests and invoices. Today, I receive an email saying we owe $ 349 for the annual service performed this morning! We never requested this, was not aware this was happening, were not home to stop it and specifically declined this service last year.
I’m not sure if this is an issue company wide, but the location in Roanoke is completely incompetent and has dishonest practices. Don’t trust them on the quotes and also on their service. One of the service men last year left our crawl space door open under the deck. It caused our pipes to freeze and burst. Thanks, terminix. You suck.
