These people are true craftsmen. No detail is too small for them to notice and clear. They are polite and friendly to their. No wonder the place is busy every time I drive past. Even though it us a bit of a drive from home, I’ll make it a point to come back. Sunnybrook also has a customer loyalty program. You get your 10th wash free! No cards or coupons, they record your tag each time you get a wash. Cool stuff.
One of the worst experience I have ever had. I scheduled an appointment the day before at 8 am, on arriving there I had to wait 20 minutes before they open. The sign said business hours are from 8 – 6. The worst part is that the head manager was there the whole and did not open on time. I noticed a car leave while I was waiting for the wash to open. Luckily my friend use to work there and called the manager, and asked him to come back. His excuse for not opening was that he had no employees to come in. After that I was taken care of, I asked for rain-x for my car was charged with it and didn’t get. The workers know what they are doing, but the manager on the other hand does not take his job seriously and is irresponsible.
