This employee with State Farm does not seem to follow their Excellent Customer service policy. In dealing with him, he assumes he is making people happy and does not value how his clients feel. There is a line between making a personal rapport with a client and keeping professional which it seems he has a hard time finding that line. He speaks for his clients assuming he knows how they feel and then somehow tells himself he is doing a good job. I hope this agent is not a representation of State Farms excellent customer service. If so I recommend people try another insurance company.
