Gulfside Pool & Spa

My pool pump control valve sprung a leak. Called Gulfside and made a repair date. Not only did Mike arrive as promised, he also had the replacement of the valve done with in 45 minutes and at a very reasonable rate. I would not hesitate to call them again for any other repairs needed.
I strongly recommend anyone in need of pool work to contact this company. Once last thing, this company is run by a veteran of the US military.

Hired them to routinely clean the pool at my wife’s parents house for a few months so we could sell the house. We live out of town and came back the week before it was sold to find a bright green pool! They had left cards stuck inside the door saying that the pool had been regularly serviced, but it obviously hadn’t. When we called, they gave us some spiel about not being able to turn on the pump (I was able to turn it on fine). They had our phone number the entire time and could have called to tell us that it wasn’t working at any point in the months that they were taking care of it. We asked that they come and clean it one last time for the new owners, and after several false starts (Wednesday became Saturday morning became Saturday afternoon after they said their truck broke down). Within 10 minutes of starting to clean it, they came back to tell us that our filter element was broken, the pool water was now opaque from being filled with DE, and they would have to charge extra to open it up. The guy constantly mentioned that this was the last visit of the contract and seemed completely unmotivated to be helpful. Would not recommend.
