Geer’s Diversified Geer’s has a been a major provider of exterior services to many businesses in the Tampa Bay area for more than 25 years. Geer’s was started by Paul Geer back in 1989 to provide parking lot cleaning and other general maintenance services to commercial retail/​shopping centers. Over the years, we have expanded into lawn maintenance and pressure washing. Our customer base has grown to include HOAs, homeowners, industrial complexes, and even interstates/​highways.
