Not impressed with this visit. Walked in there about 10:50 there was no other client waiting, the girl said she had a regular client coming couldn’t do my nails and there was no one else that was coming in, I waited 10 – 15 min her regular client still hadn’t shown, she tells me she can make me an appointment and I can come back at 1, NEVER took my name (so how was she going to make me an appointment) not much of a customer service employee

I called ahead and asked if their business serves wine (it’s one of my favorite parts of getting my nails done) and the man on the phone said yes. When I arrived and a lady sat me in the pedicure seat, I asked for the wine that he said they served. She looked at me weird and said they don’t serve wine –_​_​_​_​– I was lied to. The man was sitting a few chairs from me and didn’t even apologize for knowing that he lied to me. The lady did though. I know it’s not her fault but I’m salty for being lied to. The service was just fine. The place is an eye sore. Must not care too much about the atmosphere they’re portraying. IKEA could definitely help them out if they wanted. I will never return and will never refer friends or family of this place. Don’t lie to get your customers. Simple.
