Great food. Service was outstanding. Loud inside, not a place to have a heart to heart, but great atmosphere for friends!

Had better food and service in the past at Texas Roadhouse. Ordered the the chicken fried stake. The gravy was sparse, so I asked for more and they said they were out??? Really!!! Or I’m just too lazy to warm it up again. Sorry guys, I guess it wasn’t your night. Maybe try little harder next time.

Let me give you the run down of my experience. The initial entrance into the restaurant was good, we got greeted & taken to our table. The waiter came with bread & asked us what we wanted to drink, which was great. When the waiter came back, we asked for another basket of bread, which we ended up having to ask for two more times & ultimately had to ask a different waiter before we got the bread. I ordered the filet medium well & another person got the ribs. When the food came, the ribs were black, crispy, burnt. It tasted of nothing besides ash. So we sent that back. Next, my «filet» came… it was definitely NOT a filet. They brought me out the wrong cut, which I pointed out to the waitress, but she had NOCLUE what she was talking about. I cut into this so called«filet» & it was completely over done. The waitress took it back to get a new steak for me. By the time I got my new steak everyone had been done eating for a good 5~10 minutes. So I just took it to go. They never came to check in once, never apologized once. It would’ve been 2 stars not 3, but they had the decency to at least take the«filet» off of my tab. Not going back to this location for awhile until some things change.

Awesome staff, great location. The food is amazing, I’ve never had a dish that I didn’t enjoy here. Personally, I don’t think you can go wrong with the porterhouse, the flavor is on point and the meat is so tender I couldn’t believe it the first time I had it. Every person that has waited on us has been terrific, and the managers have stopped by our table almost every time to see how we were doing. My family loves this restaurant, we’ll be Texas Roadhouse customers for life!

We recently moved from Texas and I get home sick. It’s a good feeling to know there is a place to go that feels like home. I love the rolls… tea(with sweet n low)! Food in Utah I have noticed doesn’t have the kick I’m used to back home. The food at this location taste like home. Service is good. but a call ahead is a must or your wait will be at least 45 min!

Just discovered this place. Was hesitant at first but did not disappoint. Great food. Good service. Portions are huge enough for two ppl. Give their cheery limeades a try. Delish! Good atmosphere for kids!

This used to be my favorite place for dinner, but my most recent experiences here have convinced me that it is simply mediocre. It didn’t help that the lady I called for the call ahead service never registered my name. I’m fine to wait, but I absolutely despise people that say they’ll do something only to fail in the end. It seemed to me that we were quarantined into an area where people with kids were placed while a noticeably annoyed waitress attended us. I’ve had some great experiences here and even tipped a different waitress $ 20 because her service was exceptional, but this time I felt pained in even giving up a few extra dollars. My medium-rare steak was overly charred on the edges and my hunger/frustration with the waitress kept me from asking for a new one to be prepared. My wife and I both ordered a sirloin along with a side of shrimp – in the end I felt like we received average food with awful service. The refillable lemonades were comparable to the fountain drink lemonades that you could find at a gas station. I used to love this place, but I may not be coming back after another unimpressive experience.

Looking for some good food and even better rolls? Portions are HUGE! I guess they’re right, «everything’s bigger in Texas». Obviously with it being Valentines weekend all restaurants were crowded. We were able to do the call ahead seating, we waited about 15 minutes then 3 seats opened up at the bar so we jumped at em’! Due to being starving I didn’t snap any pics of our food however our darling bartender took great care of us! Right down to taking a picture of my Sisters and I. I know what you’re thinking, these chicks spent Valentines weekend at the bar watching the dunk contest?! Where are their men? The only appropriate answer is the truth… they were both at home with the kiddos so the single Sister could enjoy a night out. ;) We ordered the 11oz sirloin, loaded sweet potato, pulled pork, beef tip, steak fries, and a while lotta rolls. All fantastic and I highly recommend. Summary: Trip to Utah to see my Sisters and their kids $ 347. A day of snowboarding $ 103. Great food at Texas Roadhouse $ 60. Austin the bartender taking a selfie with my phone… priceless.

Went on a date night with friends. Food was very good and the staff was friendly. They even gave us more bread to take home.

Poor horrible service do not even know where to start. I am not even going to complain about the 30mins wait time as it was a friday. First off, the utensils that are wrapped in a napkin were dirty like there were some dried left over food. The appetizer that we ordered never came and waitress didnt seem apologetic The main entrée took 45mins to arrive And the worst part, since we lost our appetite waiting for our food(we ate the complimentary rolls) while waiting so by the fine our order arrived we were alredy full. we had so much left overs that we put in a to go box. Unfortunately we forgot the box and left the place. Before we even drove away, we realized and made a uturn. it wasnt even 5minutes and when we got there they said the already threw it away. that left over steak was worth 23 dollars that I barely touched. again no apologies what so ever. the food is not even great its just mediocre but the service was really realy bad here. dirty utensils, microwaved food, order never came ah so frustrating

Texas Roadhouse, a solid go to eat out fave of our fam. This location isn’t quite as good as Sandy but still hard to go wrong for this type of food.

My prime rib was outstanding, pink but very warm center, juicy, and more tender than I thought possible. It was complemented by creamy horseradish sauce and au jus, both of which enhanced the meat’s flavor. The russet potato was very large but was well cooked. I enjoyed the peel, whose exterior was covered with rock salt. The fixings were Spartan, but readily added to upon request. The buttered corn tasted good but not fresh. I greatly enjoyed my meal. The atmosphere is western but comfortable. The negative, for me, is the very loud background music, western. It is not relaxing or easy to carry on a conversation against.

Holly is very mean and does not care what your order is traded our party like trash when we asked for extra things she seemed out confidence to go get it until this just a second for that 20 minutes later we got it but in this review we have to say that Holt was kind and willing to help when we needed things he gets 5 stars holy I wish we can give a zero

We went for our 47th Wedding Anniversary and I cannot tell you how good our food was. Cooked to perfection and the flavor was astronomical. I had Prime Rib so tender I cut it with a fork. My husband had the sirloin and shrimp, easily the best ever. Aside from a glitch with the bill(we were charged for four beers but we only had two) which was rapidly rectified, our dining experience was superb. Thank you Steph and Nick. Great job. We shall return.

If you make it past the unorganized front desk staff you will be pleased. We were quoted 5 – 15 minute wait and at 35 minutes we asked the front desk how much longer it would be. They couldn’t find us in any of their 3 lists. At check in we were given a pager! Once we were seated our waitress Kat was very on top of it. Came quickly to get our drink order. Food came quickly and was cooked according to our order. This is at least the 2nd time this has happened at this location. Another time we had ordered rolls to pick up for a wedding dinner. Followed my instructions. Got there and they had no roll order! They did cook what we needed but it made it so the rolls were walking in right as plates were going out at the wedding dinner. They also gave us a free appetizer voucher.

Never again Texas Roadhouse — we don’t be coming back. See my previous review for history. We decided to give this location another try and they failed. They just simply do not know how to cook a steak at this location. We’re done — over and out.

There is nothing super special about this location. It’s about like every other Texas Roadhouse. I do love the the blooming onion and the ribs. We had a great server tonight. He was super helpful and quick with refills.

So today I’m about to give a chain restaurant 5-stars. Who would have thought right? What makes this place so special? One word… RIBS. That’s right. This one item warranted the highest of reviews. Being this was my first visit to Texas Roadhouse, the servers brought me out a sample of their ribs to taste. I was completely shocked. Actually I was happy because I had just ordered a full rack of those bad boys and not got to snack on a few extra ribs. Let me tell you. TR has a 3 day process of making their ribs and once they’re served the bones just fall off leaving nothing but amazing pork ribs. I also ordered some baked potatoes as sides but who cares. The ribs were the prize tonight. Even better was that I had left overs and got to enjoy this feast one more time the next day. **Side note, their rolls and cinnamon butter… awesome!!!**

So it’s a Friday night and super busy so we decide to sit at the bar since the wait was 45-ish minutes. Our server was Nick and he was AWESOME!!! He introduced himself and asked for our names. He made some suggestions and got our yummy drinks. He inadvertently forgot to put our order in and you would have thought he forgot to serve his best friends. He felt soooo bad. It wasn’t a big deal because I was visiting with my friend so it was ok. However Nick was ever vigilant to keep taking good care of us even though our food had not arrived. He even sent his manager out to apologize and they kept us in stitches. We got their menu special, appetizer, side and 2 entrees. Shrimp, BBQ chicken, Rib and steaks. All the food was delicious. The service was great and despite the rain, it was a great night out. Thanks Nick for rocking as a server!!!
