Fast! Quick! And affordable! The tech who repaired my phone was super friendly and offered a very expedited repair to my mobile device. I had been calling around getting quotes and this place had the best for my iphone 6plus! I am completely satisfied and they also offered a warranty for ten days if there were any other issues.

Took my working iphone 6 plus earlier today to have repaired. Instead of repairing my phone, I got a non operating phone returned to me with still the shattered screen and all the idiot would say to me was SORRY. I even said had I been told there might be a possibility my phone might not be working after the repair was done, I would have opted not to have the screen switched. Now I have no working phone and I will have to pay to get a new one!!! Never again! These guys are idiots that don’t know what the hell they are doing! I wish there was a way I could get them to pay back for the damage they have caused!!!

Came for a broken iPhone 6. It was about 110 $ for the broken screen and I also needed the LCD digitizer. That was done for an extra 20 $. And as soon as I agreed he told me to check in and get a discount aswell as writing a review. Fast service too faster then what they recommended.

After I had my Iphone screen repaired at another place also at the Galleria (see Unilocal review 11÷6÷2015) my screen started to come off. I took it to this kiosk and talked with Josh. He was able to repair my phone in only 15 minutes and at no charge. I was very impressed with this service and will definitely return for my future iPhone, iPad or iPod repairs. Screen fix on iPad. In less than a few hours the new screen separated from base unit. Also promised a white screen and only called to confirm black would work after screen was chipped off.
Hoping they honor their warranty even though their kiosk is unmanned today. Unhappy with service rendered.

Pros: fixed the phone and it cost less compared to other places.
Cons: wait time. told me 45 minutes so I came back and it wasn’t done. Was told another 25 so I wandered the mall some more and came back and it still wasn’t done so he said 5 more minutes and it was another 15. Ironic cause the sign says 15 – 40 minutes and it took an hour and a half.

I called them before I went they said an hour I show up the guy says an hour to an hour and a half I wait 2 hours gave him my phone number I gave them an additional 30 minutes thinking they would be done. I get there to pick it up I haven’t had a chance to start it yet we got real busy. when I first went in he said my device was next, so I wasted 2 hours at the mall and an hour driving there absolutely waste of time went on 08/05/2015 at 1045… thanks for Waisting my time…

I had purchased a due it yourself kit on Amazon and the LCD screen went bad on me and the adhesive was coming apart just after one week! I took my phone off here and they had it done before I even finished lunch and everything was installed great and is working perfectly! Customer service was great and the repair man was very friendly! Highly recommend!

Way too overpriced for the quality of the service. The guy told us an hour so we walked around and came back about an hour and a half later for him to tell us he still had 2 other phones to do before he started ours … We needed it fixed so we asked how much longer he said 40 min came back he still was on the phone before us… Would never go back for a $ 70 screen fix on an iPhone 4

Dropped my Ipad 3 and shattered the screen. Apple would cost $ 249 to replace, and I found these guys to do it for $ 129.00 I was a bit concerned, but figured I didn’t have much to lose. A new Ipad is 500.00 and my current ipad wasn’t worth $ 250.00, so I took a chance.
I did have a little problem. I picked it up in a hurry and didn’t try turning it on. And by the time I got home and got to use it, it was after hours, and the ipad wouldn’t turn on. I plugged it in to charge it, and it would ding. But wouldn’t turn on. It was working when I dropped it off to them.
So I called them the next day, and dropped it off, and by the time I got back to pick it up it was working perfectly. In fact I am writing my review with it. :-) These guys stood by their work, and I feel confident in recommending them.

I dropped my phone in water and the screen stopped working. I took it to the tech center downstairs and they said it would be 150 bucks and two weeks. I can’t be without a phone that long so I searched for another option. I found these guys at the food court and I’m so glad I did.
He told me it would be 30 – 40 minutes and when I came back, my phone screen turned on and worked (but now it malfunctioned when charging.) He told me he took all the water out and gave me some home care instructions. Well the home care instructions worked and now my phone is as good as new! These people are geniuses and they didn’t charge me a penny for the repair (but I still paid them anyway, that’s how great they are!)
In summation: take your phone here and not downstairs! You won’t regret it!

Make sure you get a receipt before they start doing anything. We brought in a iPad w/a broken screen, and now it doesn’t work at all. Three hours into it, they said it was irreparable. The guys were jerks about it too. I see a lot of good comments here, so I’m really confused and disappointed in the service today.
Edit: My wife took off the screen, and fixed it in under 20 minutes. These guys told me it was irreparable.
