This place is horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. They don’t pay attention to detail, communication sucks and they are not friendly.

I used to come here once every 2 wks for a pedi. I only like the convenience of it being inside the mall. But, seems like every time I have gone recently, they charge me different. A reh pedicure is listed as $ 19. I don’t get any upgrades. The only extra is my gel polish. I was charged $ 36 today. The time before this I was charged $ 29. Get with your damn prices!!! I am a great tipper, but when stuff like this happens, it makes me bot want to leave a dime. I’d pay more money for great and HONEST service. I won’t be back. Lesson learned.

I have been coming here for many years. Before starting a family ten years ago, I came after work every Friday for a pedicure on my way home. I looked forward to it every week.
Now, as a mom of three, I don’t get the opportunity to come in as regularly as before, but I have always been happy with the service. I have had many technicians over the years and I do have my favorites, but I think overall it is a good place to get a pedicure. The location is convenient as well.

I went to this place a week ago to get individual lashes refilled. This was my first time here. I ask if she was going to put them on individually she says yes. She did a terrible job and very poor product used. She like clumped them on. When individual lashes fall off they’re supposed to fall off one at a time not clumps at a time. I have a picture I will post of how many fell out at a time. The lashes are so thick its painful on my eyelids. I do not recommend this place. Zero stars!

2.5 is what I would choose if I could. This place is always clean and I like that about it. However they’re not very friendly and I’ve left disappointed a few times. I like this place above anywhere else in the mall but I wish they would not rush so much. Especially when I am paying so much money for someone to do a good job. I understand they have other people waiting to get pampered but I don’t like streaks in my nails or an uneven French tip.

The place to go for beautiful nails. The woman that did my toes was extra gentle when I told her massages hurt. Both people that did my nails took extra care to make sure I was happy and relaxed. I won’t go anywhere else and highly recommend them. Jessica and Kevin are the best!

Worst gel manicure ever. I had some time to kill waiting for an alteration at Nordstrom so I decided to stop in for a gel manicure. Prices were decent so I decided to go for it.
I should’ve walked out from the moment I sat down with the nail tech. For starters, he DID NOT wash his hands in between customers, I watched as he finished up the woman before me and began working on me with the same yellow stained old dirty glove. I asked him kindly to put on new gloves, he gave me the rudest look told me they were new. Finally he took off the glove and never put on new ones.
Then the manicure (though it was hardly that) began. He dunked one hand in water for like 5 seconds then very lightly picked at my cuticles. Not once did he push them back or cut the skin off my nails. After about 5 minutes combined prepping both hands he began polishing. He got the base and color on my cuticles so after a day or so it began lifting because it was not sealed to my nail.
Hands down this was the worst gel manicure I’ve had ever. Admittedly it’s partially my fault for not walking out from the beginning. Do not go to Tyler Ranch nail shop and if you do beware of unsanitary practices, poor workmanship and as a result a bad manicure.

Worse experience ever!!! Stay away from this place… got my nails done and the final results was horrible, some nails were flat some curved and you can see the lines from the brush that they used from the colored gel. I came back the next day and told them that I was not happy with my nails and everyone was talking to each other in their language about may nails which I thought it was very rude. I was told to come back the next day because they didn’t know how to fix them, went back next day then same thing happened told me to go back the next day because they don’t know how to fix them. did this 3 days in a row the 3^rd day I was told to go back earlier because they had to soak my nails in acetone to remove them and that it would take longer to do… went back again and this time someone else was covering the front. she knew exactly why I was there and she said that they would not fix them because I waited so long to let them know I didn’t like them after she had told me that they had checked the cameras from the day I was there so obviously she knew the I didnt like my nails… she said she could give me a discount of $ 10 on a new set after our had waisted my gas going back and forth 5 times counting the days they did my nails and my time.
They were so rude and disrespectful and made me feel like I was the one that did something wrong. don’t understand how they are in business

The one time I got acrylics here I wasn’t happy! But all my pedicures have been great this far. I wouldn’t come here for my nails but for toes yes!

Terrible service! Neither the receptionist reading the sign in sheet or the tech performing the service pay attention to what your asking to have done.
About 15 minutes prior to coming here I had my brows waxed & filled in at the Anastasia Brow Salon in Nordstroms & I was thrilled with the results. So I was shocked when the lady started to wipe my perfectly groomed brows off in prep to wax them which they obviously didn’t need. I was upset because I had put my requested services both on the sign in & verbally told the tech. Also had she just paid attention she would’ve seen that my brows were freshly done.
The actually service was rough & sloppy. And in the weirdest salon experience I’ve ever had they actually had me share a room with another person while she waited for me to get my services done so she could get waxed. On top of all that they almost over charged me! Never again, never again.

This place is an unmitigated disaster. The convenience of the salons locations is only outweighed by the level of incompetence shown by its employees.
I came in to have my lip & under arms waxed but ended up only having my lip done because it was such a horrible experience that I was too afraid to have any other services completed.
First off there is a really poor level of communication amongst he employees because I was shown to a wax room simultaneously with another client & expected to wait in the room while the other lady had her services! Secondly when I expressed discomfort with sharing a space I wasn’t offered any alternatives.
The actual service was also lack luster — I’ve been waxed hundreds of times & without question this was one of the worst. The technician didn’t even clean my lip prior to applying the wax. She applied enough wax to remove a mans beard! I had wax all over my actual lips & cheeks not just my upper lip. She was also very rough. I declined to have my under arms done due to discomfort with the set up & the quality of the service but she pressed the issue any way.
Do yourself a favor & avoid this place at all costs.

I’m no nail critic, I typically only get them done for special occasions and I’m not too picky, but this was literally the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The workers were so rude, talked really loud to each other the whole time, my gal was on the whole doing my nails, and on top of that had to redo my thumb nails 3 times. The line was totally jagged, there was a fuzz stuck in the polish on my nail, and she left paint all over my finger.

«Beware of this nail salon»!!! Just because it’s in the mall doesn’t mean it’ll be a nice salon.
I treated my mom and my sister to a day at this nail spa after a day of shopping.
All three of us had a pedicure & manicure full set done.
The first thing I noticed it took less than an hour to have both done nails & toes this went for my mom and sister and myself.
After just 5 days my nails started to lift and the gel started to pill off.
I called my sister to ask her how her nails were and she said the same exact thing.
Same for my mom!
Just last week 1÷10÷2016 my daughter had her nails done at this salon and her nails fell off after a week.
If I were you I would never go to the shop again!

Bad. Totally rough! They treat me badly on attitude and I told them that I’m not very satisfied with the eyelashes that were done for me. They just take the scissor cut by your own! She said I wasted too many of her time! Bad bad bad. It’s the most horrible service I have ever experienced in my life. Just don’t go there!

I’m in agreement with the majority. This place is pretty bad. I was going to go to the atm to get cash for a small tip (manicurist was nice so I was going to give her 10%) but she knew my manicure was sloppy so she told me not to. Love the honesty… haha.

My experience was good actually, considering all of the bad reviews. This place was good in my opinion. Prices seem decent, pretty much the going rate for all of their services. My mom and I came in for a full set white tip and pedicures. I did the basic pedicure which was perfect! It focused on just the feet and nails, nothing for the legs which is what I wanted. I don’t like it when they rub your legs because I have sensitive skin and it usually just hurts and irritates my skin. Anyway no complaints on my feets, and hands came out nice too. One of the guys did my nails, I’m not sure what his name was. He was a little rough at first, but I guess I got used to his style. I like how my hands and feet were done almost at the same time. That’s always nice so you’re not waiting for one or the other. The chairs are nice and comfy and they work!!! Imagine that lol and the place was clean and organized. I really liked this place, I will most likely go back for my fills.

Horrible people and horrible service.
Was told that a gel manicure would cost $ 18 so I sat down to get it done. Lady finished in about 15 minutes and it was bumpy and rough and bubbling looked terrible I told her this didn’t look good and she began using a file to file all the roughness off after the manicure was «done» I was already upset by how bad it came out and the fact that she buffed unfinished edges which I knew would peel back quickly.
Get to the counter and the lady says my manicure costs $ 25
Then she brings over 3 «managers» who proceed to yell at me saying «lady you know how much it is» … I’ve never been there and I asked before and was told $ 18. They literally were yelling at me and I said I planned on writing a review about this terrible experimence their response was «yeah go write a review everyday we don’t care»
I felt like crying when I left because they were so mean and screaming at me. I’ve never ever ever had such an awful experience I was supposed to feel nice and relaxed as I was leaving on vacation the next day.

Tried their eyelash extensions, huge mistake :(
They look great when they’re on, but they ripped out my real lashes. They told me if I had the lashes taken off by them that wouldn’t happen, but it did and now mine are gone. So sad.

It’s so sad, the quality of the products they use is horrible. I have been a loyal customer since 2013 and the gel polish they have is horrible, old and chips, peels and starts lifting before 6 days pass. It’s ridiculous that they haven’t updated the gel polishes or any polishes.
Bring that they are a service business’s supplies are the most important thing to refresh. It’s a waste of time to go back and try to get it repaired, even if they are willing to redo them, what’s the point in wasting my time and energy. How inconvenient and sad I will have to change my shop even though I like some of the people who work here.

Went in for eyelash extensions and lemme tell ya. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. She was rough with my eyes and was pulling and yanking my eyelashes. She got whatever the stuff is they use to clean the gel in my eye. The aftermath of them: they are uneven, look unnatural, and they hurt still. I can feel the eyelashes stabbing the corners of my eye. Also, I went in thinking they were 25 and since I wanted the little longer ones they charged me 30. If I was notified of that sooner I wouldn’t have paid for these crap eyelashes. Lastly, these things are rock solid with glue. I literally SCRATCHED my boyfriend with my eyelash. It’s ridiculous. If I could take them off they’d be off. But I can’t because they are shellacked to my eyes. TURN BACK NOW. DONT GO. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AWFUL EFFORT.
