SInce the owner says he is a minister, thought he would be honest. Put down a deposit of 100.00 on an item he had to order and this item did not exist. After hounding him several times, he finally admitted to this. When I asked for my money back he said he could only give shop credit. Had my scooter tuned up – oil change — and guess what he charged??? Yes, 100.00. RIP OFF and dishonest.

Made a mistake in taking my gas bike for them to complete assembly for me. The owner had me pay $ 50 for something he couldn’t finish. I told him I wanted him to fit the engine is a crossover bike instead of the beach cruiser. He said he could do it, then his mechanic took parts off. Now the bike is miss parts. He refunded me the $ 50 but I think he took parts off mine to do a gas bike repair on someone else’s. Going to serve him a letter at small claims

I had such a great experience the first time I came in to have my husbands motorcycle fixed & they did such a great job that I later came back in & bought myself a moped!!! I have recommended them to all of my friends and family who have also had great experiences!!! My husband and I just recently ordered a quad from Trinity scooters for our son and we are looking forward to surprising him for his birthday!!! A big thanks from our family to James and all of his hard-​working employees for providing us with such amazing service for our all of our motor needs!!!

I brought in my Yamaha 1990 Scooter to have them figure out why it conned out during mid ride. They immediately figured out it was the carborator. I had them do a tuneup and oil change. The owner quoted me two prices for the carborator. Rebuild is $ 100 and new is $ 179. The tuneup was $ 79 and the labor was 1 hour they said they only charged for. I opted for the rebuild so I paid $ 20 down, and the remaining balance of $ 159. I tested the ride before paying. The bike started and I revved it and took a test drive. It initially didn’t have the power (thinking it was just fuel line just feeding in). The bike did go what appeared to be normal. At the end of the ride, I did notice the bike throttle was still open and pushing the bike forward. I now think the valve or something is left open and the rebuild failed. The one star I give have to do with the concern over the result of this failure. I am still waiting on this «Godly man» who is supposed to run fair business. He was not in this Friday ³⁄₁₁ but a call was put in to him and he requested the Yamaha Riva part for $ 300! I pulled up Ebay Motors in less than a minute for the same factory part as $ 85/​shipping for $ 15. He doubled his original quote! So now I will see if he will earn back some of the rating stars and make the rebuild one work or not. If not, then I will update this progress. May have to go through small claims to get my money back. Odometer reading have not even moved a mile so I like to see what he said I did with my bike to wreck it or say what fault I made.

This place is a rip off. The scooters are cheap and overpriced. The owner James claims to be a man of God but every young girl he saw his eyes were glued to them and not paying me any attention as a customer all he did was say sorry ma’am and laugh. My husband atv was at that shop for 4 weeks and it was still messed up. Don’t go there he is a con artist. I saw another customer come in to get a charger fixed James said he couldn’t fix it they guy had to buy another one after the guy left the owner fixed it right in front of me in 5 mins. The service is horrible. When we finally picked up the atv he didn’t pay us any attention because he was to busy watching tv. Don’t waste your time going there unless you want a half ass job and rude service. This so called man of God is a pervert

Just don’t go here! I brought my beach cruiser here to have an 80 cc motor installed, which they insisted was what they do for a living. I wrongfully trusted this shop to do what they told me they would. They said 3 days it took 4 weeks! Tons of excuses during the waiting time with lots of attitude as to why I came in every 5 days to ask about it. Bike came apart on the first ride! rear sprocket, THE WELDS!!! Poorly installed, half ass paint work. I am crushed! I hate that I went here!

Went in to get a normal tune up and a belt for my scooter a normally easy and quick job to do. The same day I took the scooter I get a call letting me know the scooter is ready. When I get to the shop I notice the scooter is taken apart (not ready) the owner let’s me know that the belt is unavailable and they can get it in no time, after 2 hours I decide to go home scooter less due to the time. Three days later I get a call and go pick up my scooter when I get there I try it out and the scooter is yet again not ready the belt had not arrived so I go on my way and wait another four days. I return to pick my scooter up after a week of it being at this shop and when I go to turn the scooter on it has troubles starting up and staying on I let the owner know and he starts getting defensive saying my 2009 scooter is old and that it happens. Though I agree it does happen it wasn’t the way it was until they touched it. I let him know I payed for a tune up and that if there was a problem it should be included in the tune up and after telling him this three times he say «oh you payed for a tune up,? Okay we will fix it right up. Two days later I go to pick it up and still
The same problem, found out the owner teaches people in need of a job (good action) but let’s them handle things they are new to doing (BAD) I decided to go to riverside scooters there mike and his employees and legit and organized. Beware Don’t go to the trinity shop!!!

Great customer service. I went in with a scooter I had bought off Craigslist, and they did a full check on it and got it all ready to go for me very quickly. Their prices were reasonable too.
Will definitely do business with them again.
