Just had my windows installed. The work was really good. They cleaned up after themselves. Luis Garcia is the marketing manager who walked me though the entire processes. Very friendly and helpful. Negotiations were smooth and without pressure. I highly recommend this company.

I was a bit concerned about hiring Alberto at Terra Nova Windows, because I couldn’t find ANY reviews of his company online. But I just had 9 windows replaced yesterday with dual paned windows and I’m very pleased.
The company was professional, on time, and the installers did a careful job and caulked around the edges inside and out and reinstalled my existing blinds and tested everything. The cost for the windows was very reasonable (averaging a little more than $ 300 per window including installation).
The windows are very nice. But please know that the glass coverage is smaller than before because that is the nature of retrofit windows — they fit inside the current opening, and you lose some window sill to the new windows as well — you lose about ¾ inch of window sill depth.
I highly recommend Terra Nova Windows and would use them again. I live in Mission Viejo and would be happy to show you the windows if you contact me thru the Unilocal messaging link.
