History

Established in 1989.

Sunward Adventures Travel was founded by two seasoned business travelers who were tired of indifferent travel agents not servicing the needs of the traveler.

We have built our business since 1989 on the premise that most anyone can sell you air tickets, rental cars, hotel rooms, meeting space, etc., but the company that provides it’s customers exceptional service, comprehensive destination information, competitive prices and a different way of approaching the task at hand, will be the one customers will want to do business with again and again.

Each year our constantly expanding list of satisfied customers tells us, our founding principles are right on target.

I did my first ship inspection when I was 6 aboard a Holland America Ship, that family friends were sailing on to England, I’ve been hooked on travel ever since.

I grew up in the Hawaiian Islands, and have traveled in Asia, South Pacific, Central America, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe, and of course all over the United States.

Whether it is picking up 350 IBM employees at their hotel and busing them to a cruise ship for a one night dinner cruise to having 3 teams (15 teens, 1 coach, 3 chaperones per team) of teen age soccer players tour England, Scotland and Ireland. I have almost handled it all (there are some things we haven’t done, but only because we haven’t been asked).

I have worked with individuals to plan their dream vacation, and sent clients to almost ever country in the world. I enjoy a new challenge so please contact me and I look forward to working with you.
