Subway

Haven’t gone in a year, but when I used to eat lunch here the workers had awful attitudes. I maybe saw a worker smile once.

Management, get your act together, and no, raising the minimum wage will not make you happier. You gotta enjoy your job, at least look at it as an opportunity to better yourself.
The quality of food seems to be on par with Subway standards, but the service is a bit lacking. I don’t know what you’re doing in the back, but the dining area is under stocked and messy and its 3:15 in the afternoon; slow time in my book.

They’ve gotten better, but during the school year you might hit the rush of college students so the wait might be 10 minutes to get through the line. We only eat here now 1 – 2 times a week, but I try to go around 11:00 to beat the rush. The service has improved with being efficient. Now that CBU has remodeled the Subway it looks 100% better! The parking isn’t good, but it is on a university campus so I get that.

Love the location. I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Honestly haven’t been here in a while because of the service I received before. Came here again tonight to see if anything had improved, and my view was changed! They’ve been under construction for a while now, which makes it a bit inconvenient. However they seem to have hired some new help which is great! Katrina made my sandwich tonight. She was great with the toppings, and had an awesome personality and sense of humor which really makes things so much better! Giving this place a thumbs up!

It seems like no matter what time I go, busy or not, the workers are always angry and irritated.
A worker almost made my sandwich after cleaning the ground and touching the floor mats, I had to ask the employee to wash their hands.
One worker was slamming stuff all over while making a sandwich, clearly not in a good mood. I usually get a lot of vegetables, but I just wanted to get out of there so I just got 2.
One worker never looks up.
The workers have something against having a neat sandwich, because 99% of the time my meat and cheese are all over the bread when they throw it in the microwave thing, but that’s just my OCD.
For these reasons, I hope the employee manager makes shorter shifts or something. They seem so angry all the time…

This is not a Subway, it is the cafeteria for the California Baptist University. 20 minute line, there are a lot of Subways, find another one.

Ever since this subway now accepts the student meal plan the wait will always be greater than half an hour and the quality is terrible. Go to another subway or another restaurant. It’s not worth it here. Also if you’re young and look like you could be a student they will treat you worse then if you look like you are not a student. I had this happen where a man behind me entered the store and they brought him to the front of the line. But if you’re young expect to wait with the students apparently. They need to get two lines, or not discriminate by looks.

I had the unfortunate experience of choosing your store over another store within my area. At 8:45 PM this evening I arrived at your stores entrance to find the doors locked. There was a group of 6 people waiting for an employee to come and open the doors which never happened. I began to use my phone to call the store to inform someone that the doors were locked. A female employee answered and I informed her that the doors were locked and her response was «OK?» in a sarcastic manor as if she didn’t care that the doors were locked even though it clearly states that they are to remain unlocked during business hours. I was unaware that your store closed earlier than the sign states in the hours of operation in the window. Finally after waiting a number of minutes I entered your store as another customer was leaving. Not only was I NOT greeted, the employees seemed to be hiding as I was looking to order my food. After finally being helped I left the store just as the clock hit 9:00 PM. I couldn’t have felt more uncomfortable and will not be returning to this location.
