Some of you people are ridiculous, posting images of lone napkins or barely visible straw packaging on the floor as evidence this place is «dirty» or «unclean». If you want a good, hot-toasted sandwich, come here. I ordered a Spicy Italian footlong on Italian herbs and cheese bread and it did not disappoint. Another upside, the prices here are a tad cheaper compared to other Subways. 5 stars.

I’ll admit it, I only came here because someone gave me a gift card. I didn’t expect much, but man oh man this place was nasty. When I arrived I was greeted by one employee and three roaches. Two of the roaches were babies too so there’s a nest in there somewhere… talk about«eat fresh.» Also, I asked the employee what type of meat was in the meatballs(since I don’t eat pork) and she didn’t have a clue. It’s a bit minor but it’d be nice to know what type of meat you’re serving. Oh well, I’m never going back to this roach infested Subway. Happy eating!

We love this Subway. I can avoid the mess, because the staff is great and helpful! We usually get the same sandwiches. Love the Sweet Onion Chicken and the hubs likes the breakfast with flatbread and steak. I didn’t find the place dirty, and they are always full up with spinach, instead of lettuce for our sandwiches. Because they are close by home, this is one we hit, twice or even three times monthly. They know our names too!

The customer service was okay, very friendly and patient(I’m a very indecisive person when it comes to picking my sandwich) but the down fall of this place is that it was really dirty and the food station was really dirty and sloppy. When i told them the bread I wanted they through it on the sandwich station, there was only myself and another person in there ordering, there was no need to be in a rush and throw my bread around. This place needs some improvement on cleanness napkin all over the floor, dirty tables and sloppy work station

I love subway, but this is the first one to truely make me feel at home! There tables are clean the customer service is amazing i got a young man named sawyer. He not only made my sandwich wonderfully but he also took all my weird requests really well and made me happy to come here. He not only gave me an extra cookie he also found a way to save me and my girlfriend money. I thank him for that and will definetly be coming back in the future! Thank you Sawyer!!!:)

I’m actually a huge fan on subway. There’s someone so comforting about the veggie delite, especially on days when I just want something quick and light. The parking lot is a little intense, especially during the lunch crowd, and sometimes the line is a little long, but sometimes so worth it. I’d say this particular Subway is the same as the other subways.

Normally I love to eat at Subway. The concept of being able to watch them make your sandwich and ask for«more of this» or «less of that» kicks butt. However… this Subway does not employ people who understand the concept of good customer service. When the Chicken Salad Sandwich came out over the summer, I went in and asked if I could try a sample of the filling to see if I wanted to order a sandwich full of it. The employee told me «No, we don’t do that.» BULL! I have never had a Subway turn me down on a sample. And I flat out refuse to order a new flavor of sandwich without knowing if it will taste good. Better to waste a small sample than a whole sandwich that I will return if it sucks. With that said… the Subway at Lincoln Center over by the Van Buren Drive-Ins is AWESOME!!! the employees are wonderful and they really do understand good customer service… with a smile :)

Came here on a weekend day for lunch and there were no customers at all. Pros: Had the Italian BMT on the Herbs and Cheese bread and it was standard fare for Subway. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Cons: Hard to see from the street and the parking stalls are tiny. It’s behind Bank of America but on Magnolia where the old Circuit City used to be.
