This States Bros is within walking distance from where I live. I’ve been shopping here 5 years. I especially love the fact that they have the meat counter. I currently live alone so it’s nice that I can buy fresh just the amount I want. The staff is amazing, everyone! I have a Coworker that could shop at a more convenient store in her neighborhood but she drives to this location purposely.

*** Pit stop review(Riverside) *** This is the standard Stater Bros. There’s nothing that’s out of the ordinary here. The store is clean, the bathroom is yucky, and the pre-cooked chicken is a little old. There’s a lot of it, but they all look super dry. One interesting thing about this particular store is that the neighborhood folks are unusually friendly. What’s up with that? At least 5 people said hello to me during my visit. In addition cars stopped and waved me by allowing me to enter and leave the store. Maybe the clean air out here makes people friendlier? Shopping area = clean Service = friendly Restroom = dirty

My family has shopped this 76 year old business: Stater Bros for over 50 years. Yup, people DO stay in the Inland Empire longer than like 5 years! Stater Brothers, an Inland Empire staple for generations. Thank you for that. It’s nice to count on «old friends» when sadly, so many businesses are being forced out. Woolworths, Alpha Beta, you name it. Gone. But Staters stays even despite large much more expensive chains, and I have price-checked ALL the major super markets: Staters is the best and lowest priced. Skip the membership Vons, Albertons and Ralphs(are they still in biz?). More expensive. Skip the bulk item stores such as Cosco, Food For Less and Smart N Final. More expensive as well and they ALL want to get your personal info via membership cards. Nope, not this gal. No need to go elsewhere unless Stater’s does not carry a particular item. I love this store in particular, and I have probably been to all of them in a 100 mile area over the years. Clerks are friendly, deli folk are nice and all around they always are very, very well stocked with a solid collection of stock kept very fresh. Even if they don’t have your brand of soda on the shelf for example, they will happily check their stock and usually have it and bring out what you need from the back. If more than three-four people stand in a line, they open more check stands. No one else does that like Staters does. My only SMALL complaint at this Staters and all of them, are the baggers. 8 out of 10 of these usually 20 year olds have that«I can’t be bothered» attitude, and they NEVER say«thank you». In fact, when I thank them(not my job, really, and as a courtesy all baggers should thank the customer) so when I thank them, they SOMETIMES reply with«no problem», or I get no reply at all. A store who has such a great reputation in my opinion, and impressing me is hard given the kind of poor customer service OTHER places usually have, Staters only needs to tweak this ONE thing. The baggers do frequently offer to help you out to your car, so that’s good, but that sort of «entitled» attitude, well, the only complaint. :) Otherwise, I lubs you Staters!!! muAH!!!

Cashiers are always friendly here, and I’m always in & out in a flash. This one seems more organized than the ones I used to frequent in Corona. The only time it’s ever a long trip is if some jerk decides to get in the Express Lane with 50 items, lol.

The store itself gets packed on evenings and weekends. Other than that, just an average Stater Bros.

This market is the perfect compliment to the neighborhood. This was the go-to(American) market for my family as a kid and even when we moved a bit further away(to the other fancier/higher priced markets), we still made our way back here. Their prices and service are always reasonable and usually lower than the other major markets in town. The store is clean and orderly and I’ve never had a problem finding items. Parking is easy and lines are rarely long. They’re pretty good at opening up more when there is a crowd. When I moved to LA, I missed seeing SB around so when I do visit my parents, I sometimes make a pit stop just because. Don’t expect to find too many ethnic or hard to find items though. It’s probably a bit smaller than other SB’s I’ve gone to, but it always has the essentials(usually on sale!) and then some.
