Whether our patients need a filling, crown, implant or teeth straightened properly, we are always looking long term.

Your teeth should look natural and work properly. Most people don’t want to see pretty fillings or crowns because that means it doesn’t match. Most of my patients want any treatment to look normal and to disappear into their beautiful smile. When they work right, they look right. Cosmetics is always a concern when treating our patients.

I’ve never seen teeth walk into my office. I have seen plenty of people walk in. I look at any treatment and think about 10– 20 years in the future. Being proactive, trying to do fewer restorations will mean less maintance in the future. I want my patients and their teeth to be healthy.

Even 80 year young people can have 20 year old teeth.

History

Established in 1963.

My father, Dr. Victor Elloway, started practice in Riverside in 1963. While he retired in 1992, I started practicing here in 1985. Practicing for 29 years has given me experience and insight to look at problems to discover whether it is the problem or a symptom of another problem. Long term treatment means I will take the time to research the kind of care that should insure a good long-​term prognosis.

I’ve learned to love my profession more as I’ve taken hundreds of hours of continuing education to help patients avoid many of the emergencies that can happen. I’ve learned to exam and decide whether something I find is a problem or a symptom of another issue. If it not addressed, that problem can happen over and over. I try to stop that.
