Came here to have my hitch inspected. They were very professional and friendly. After a thorough inspection Mr. Schmitz took the time to break down their findings in a way I could understand; something I have rarely experienced in my 57 years. When it was determined that I needed to contact the original installer and that I should be careful driving, he sent one of his technicians to assist me and remove the heavy batteries from my wheelchair to make a safer load. All at no charge. Impressive. I highly recommend this business and they will be getting all of my future business.

These guys are the best, with extra props for Tom! I wish I could give them 6 stars. Brought my Jeep Wrangler in to repair the crappy 7 pin plug the RV dealership did. Riverside Hitch did the cleanest looking custom installation of a combo ⁷⁄₄ pin in my steel Smittybilt bumper. Mounted it flush in the steel so I’ll never damage it when rock crawling. Then I brought my wife’s Jeep Trailhawk in for a brake controller when we found the dealership didn’t connect the 7 pin correctly. Tom tells tells me to take it back to the dealership and hands me a new 7 pin test plug. Says to take it with me because the dealership probably doesn’t have one and to just bring it back with me. Came back from the dealership and Tom’s guys finished a very clean brake controller install. By the way, both of these installations were done while I waited. This is the type of customer service and knowledge/​ability that makes Riverside Hitch the only place to go if you need to tow! #riversidehitch&trailer #customerservice

Had such a great experience! They had to fix the electrical mess u-​haul made on our car when installing the hitch. I know, I know… don’t go to u-​haul. Lesson learned. They were courteous and completed everything within an hour. I would recommend them 100%!

What a great experience. I was in the process of purching a 5^th wheel trailer from Buyers RV Mart. They suggested I purchase my hitch from Riverside Hitch. I called 3 other places just to check on prices. Riverside Hitch give me more hitch for less money. My appointment was set for 8:00 am and completed before 11:00

I chose to come here after reading the other reviews and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t know anything about towing stuff or hitches and when I called ahead of time, they set me up with what I would need and an appointment.
I’ve never had a hitch installed before but it only took a couple hours which I thought was pretty reasonable so I felt that it was fast.
The install itself is clean. Can’t see that gaudy bar beneath my vehicle and the wiring setup looks good too. Nice and low profile, which was desirable for being on my Mazda CX-​5.
Staff was friendly. I’m very pleased with the service and the job they did.

I have had two hitches installed on my RV here front and back and a hitch on my new 2015 Highlander. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff they give you a quote in seconds and that is the price you pay no run around. And very fair prices I will never go anywhere else.

This place earned its stars today. They were recommended by a near-​by auto dealer. We called them this Saturday morning out of the blue just to see what options they had and when they can fit us. 3 hours later I was heading home with my hitch installed! They had a very well reviewed model for my car available and for a reasonable price. Total cost will not beat self-​install but will easily cut a dealership quote in half. The guy I dealt with was fantastic, to the point but also informative for the random first-​hitch questions I had. Install took less than 1 hour from the time I gave them the keys until I was driving home. I was able to keep myself entertained in the HomeDepot next door. Overall very quick, smooth and easy experience. Definitely count me as a happy customer.

Great customer service! I called to make sure they had the hitch I needed, then drove in from Lake Elsinore. There was a bit of miscommunication over the phone and they really did not have the time to do my instal. However the owner went out of his way to make it happen. Riverside Hitch is a 5 star establishment!

Have been going here for years. Owners may have changed, not sure od that, but service is consistent. Many neighbors after screwing up trailer wiring will ask me for a recommendation and Riverside Hitch is my answer. I personally have had 3 hitches installed here and overload air bags installed. Went there to have a tow bar, weight distribution and electric tongue jack put on my new 17 foot Rv trailer. Tom helped me and another nice guy installed. They were so professional and knew what they were talking about. I even videoed them explaining how to set it up. I asked Tom to check on something having to do with my braking system on trailer. Under close inspection, he found a problem. I took it back to dealer and left it for repair. I am a older woman and they treated me so nice. I will go back and recommend them to anyone. They are very busy so call ahead. Oh. They beat out everyone I called for pricing and installation.

First time customer to get my Curt hitch receiver installed. Very professional and the owner and staff are very helpful. They carry a wide variety of hitches, accessories, hitch locks, etc. I also bought a receiver hitch lock to protect my bike rack which they installed at no additional cost. I would definitely come back and do business with them again. Highly recommended!

A good small business. The owner has a vast knowledge about the products you need or they sell. The prices are about average. The quality of their work is great and he has polite employees. I would and have recommended others to this business. We need more small businesses like this. So much better than going to a large chain that don’t know what they are doing.

I now drive from AZ to have hitch work done. That should tell you something.
They have installed hitches, a blue Ox tow system and a wheelchair lift (after the medical supply people screwed it up). During the years.
Getting ready to do another blue Ox on a new vehicle. They are a blessing to me. THE BEST!
