I went in for a gel manicure and to have a change of color on my toes. The gentleman rushed me and didn’t even allow me to look at nail polish colors. He sat me and gave me the gel colors, and after reviewing them I wasn’t much into the colors. I then said I would rather pass on the manicure and proceed with pedi. He got very upset and asked where I had my last manicure. I mentioned the place and he had the nerve to tell me that I should go there instead if I don’t like. Jeniffer, the woman who did my toes was very kind and understanding and I apologized for upsetting the man and she said it was ok. I pay so I get to choose my color. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to this location. Bad service. Except for Jenifferz

Dont come here ! They are very expensive and lady doesn’t know what they are doing they don’t pay attention to details and I had to tell them how to do it right ! I am sorry very sad experience

Just came out of this shitty ass nail shop, payed $ 35 for a full set and I am very disappointed! I’m not a picky person but Damnn girl lousy ass job u did sorry Heather u won’t be seeing me again!

So the guy that did it was really nice.
He got my skin sometimes but was good once I told him. He actually spoke to me quite a bit. I wanted almond shaped nails, and they are hardly even shaped correctly. When I mentioned it, he kind of blew it off. About 4 days later, they’re not as nice, and they have tons of what looks like air bubbles. It’s also quite sloppy (I thought it would wash off, like normal polish does). I spent $ 45 total, as I do like to tip. I would not have come here if the other two places I went to had been open. After going to what is currently my only nail salon, I lowered my rating.

Dont come here. They force you to buy nail/​pedicure packages and the Gentleman that works there can NOT DO gel nails !!! mine peeled after 2days!!! They are also overpriced for the quality of service… Skip this shop and save your money.

Clean! Clean! Clean! They have sealed packets for each customer so you can feel confident that your feet are protected.
Finally a Spa treatment that only causes beautiful nails!

Everyone in here is so nice and friendly. So many of the workers said hi with a smile on their face. Kelly did my pedicure and she did a great job. It’s hard for me to relax but I’m leaving here relaxed and even a little sleepy. This was my first time here. I plan to come back! Great customer service

The first time I came here I had a terrible experience. After telling the woman who was doing my nails I wanted a regular pedicure, when it came time to pay, I got charged $ 38! I told her I asked for a regular pedicure, and she told me that if I wanted the cheapest one I had to say «regular regular» pedicure. Told myself I would never come here again. Decided to give it one more chance as I was in a rush and this is close to my house. I got Kathy this time and she was awesome. Much better experience but still will be watching how much they charge me.

Would be less stars but i dont have that option. $ 27.00 for gel mani. And $ 17.00 for just a mani. The polish looked like my 5 yr old had Did it. Dislike this place immensely. The place was uncomfortable and looked dirty. The guy stood up part of the time doing my nails and placed a burning hot towel on my arm after the usual lotion massage. Would never go back to this place.

This is my third time here and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so nice and they take great care with my nails. I am very sensitive to touch and they make sure they are extra gentle with massages. This is my new salon hands down

I had the same experience as Lori K. Kept trying to sell more treatments. When I asked how much for a Mani/​pedi, they told me $ 8.00. Pressured into getting other things done,. Will not go back.

I just got my gel manicure done here this week, however I’ve been here several times. They are very clean, staff is friendly and they do a good job. I would definitely recommend coming here.

My wife seems to be loving this place. She had up to three employees working on her and helping to pose for a pic. Place is clean, employees are friendly, and the foreign chatter is tolerable. In a decent shopping center too and relaxing music.

Lena is great! She is kind and most important good at her job. She gave me a great pedicure. She didn’t badger me about other services. I waited a few times before reviewing and she is consistent. So glad I bumped into this place.

the worst pedicure Ive ever had. They try to force things on you to buy. I wanted a regular spa pedicure and the lady doing my toes kept asking if I wanted this one or that one or calus treatment. I said no. then she got pissed immediately started talking about me in her language. she seriously did the worst job.
I had to ask them to turn on my chair too.
I will never come back to this expensive shop.

If I could give this place zero stars I so would. I just left from here after taking my boyfriend here to get him a pedicure and me a manicure – well this isn’t my first pedi mani and when I tell you out 15 minute wait was longer than his pedicure I am not exaggerating. His water-​ice cold. His scrub-​30 seconds. His cuticles-​BARELY cut into-​absolutely no care was put into his pedicure at all. I couldn’t help but to call this lady out on her poor performance. And then you seriously ask me if I’m ready for my manicure after that wack ass pedicure job? Um, yea-I’ll definitely be passing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

I just left and I wish I had never walked in. The place was moderately clean but not at the level in which one would want from a nail salon. The foot tubs, from what I could tell, we’re being washed with dial hand soap between each guest. After an incessant up sale attempt, my technician continued to tell me why I should have gone with a more expensive package. The spa chair had no power to it and her tools were not blatantly sterilized and fresh as I have seen at other places. Also, the polish collection was sub par with less than desirable brands. For the price, this wasn’t worth what I experienced. I am out of town and I took a chance. Oops

Nail technician got up to answer the phone or help other customers 5 or 6 times while he was doing my nails. Did not wash hands after handling money. He rushed painting my nails. Top coat was totally uneven and there was polish all over my cuticles.
I got a pedicure too. She files my nails horribly! Also left polish around my cuticles. I should have saved my money and done it myself.
I also question the sanitation of this place. The buffer boards looked used and I saw no blue sanitizing agent any where. Never going back.

First time here. The pedicure chairs are very comfortable and have a massage feature. I was satisfied with my pedicure but annoyed by the persistent badgering to add more services. No, I don’t want my eyebrows waxed. No I don’t want a manicure even though my nails are apparently unattractive. And no I don’t want to upgrade my pedicure to include hot oils and jazz. The owners definitely have a business attitude. Always focused on the bottom line.
Also, no top coat as a previous reviewer mentioned. And the man at the front who you pay didn’t want to give my friend change in ones. He said he only had fives and tens. After asking 3 times he gave her ones. Not a great experience. I wouldn’t return

Really I want to give this spa a zero star rating. The guy was very nice but then he asked me if I wanted my cuticles done for $ 5. After doing my right hand, I started to realize my fingers were in pain. He kept rinsing my hand and scrubbing my nail with the nail brush. I lifted my hand quickly to look at it and noticed my finger was dripping blood an the bowl of water had blood in it. I told him my fingers were hurting and he poured alcohol on them! I was almost in tears and he said it was alright.
I then asked for round tips and he did a square round… not what i asked for. Then talked me into the gel nail polish and proceeded to paint them like it was his first time painting nails. After all of the torture tells me that I owe $ 37…for a full set, gel polish and cuticle torture… ummmm what?
Paid and left a very unhappy customer. I will NEVER go there again!
