I went there a few days ago to have my oil+filter and tires rotated. I got the «The Works» package. I was satisfied with the prize and the work they did. The only thing that was a little bit frustrating was that it took them over an hour to get it done. I am able to change my oil+filter and rotate my tires in less than an hour at home. There was only one other customer there. All in all I would go there again, but next time I will make sure I have plenty of time.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for several years. The wait is usually long but it’s no longer than what they said it will be. I call ahead and know what I am getting into before I come here.
I think $ 40 for a full service/​tire rotation is fair. I’ve paid that much for just an oil change elsewhere. When the customer service rep comes out to talk about the recommendations for repairs/​replacement they are not pushy and when you say «no thanks» that’s the end of it.
I’ll keep coming here for all my routine service needs! Oh, and it’s very conveniently placed right next to the on ramp for the ⁶⁰⁄₂₁₅ so getting back on the freeway is super easy from this location.

This place sucks. I came in a little before 330 and asked how long a oil change would take. They stated it would take an hour. I said okay I can come back if it can’t be done by 430. They assured me it would be.
25 mins later my car was still parked outside. I went and asked for my keys and said that I have to go because I need to leave by 430 no later. They said we will start right now and get it for you by then.
It’s 446 right now and I’m still waiting. When I asked if my car is almost done he said «well we take an hour or so for service» as if there was no prior discussion regarding my timeframe. Wtf. He took off 5 funky dollars as if that’s acceptable.
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF TIME RESTRICTION. THEY ARE NOT HONEST.
BTW it’s not 448 and my car is still being serviced. They suck

Wow, this is how servicing your vehicle should be everywhere. Sarah was awesome. Talked to me about what needed to be done during this visit as well as let me know about the new status board along with the cameras that allow me to see exactly what is going on with my car. Very clean facility inside the customer area as well as for my car. A/​C works very good which was great as hot as it has been outside. Highly recommend to anyone needing their vehicle serviced. I asked If they work on cars other that Ford and Mike the manager said absolutely! I will be back for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. I’ve been getting oil changes here for about a year. Mostly because it is convenient, although the price of the oil change is more costly than other shops in the area.
About six months ago, we took the car in for an oil change and was clear about when we needed the car because I had an appointment in the evening. It was brought in during the afternoon-​maybe 1 or 2pm-​and left there. I needed the car by 5pm. My husband verified that the oil change would be finished by then, and they said yes. When I arrived at 4:45pm they said it wasn’t finished yet. I waited for about a half hour for my car, missing my appointment. There are cameras showing the garage area, and I actually watched them bring in my car and do the entire oil change. They hadn’t even started when I arrived to pick up the car! Now, knowing the customer had an appointment, wouldn’t it have been appropriate to apologize, offer the car back and suggest she come in a different day? They then tried to charge me full price for this service. Eventually I convinced them to offer $ 10 off, which, was still too much for the inconvenience.
I decided to give them another chance and things went OK for a few months. There were a few things they suggested that I suspected were not actually problems with my car. One was a transmission issue they said needed fixed. My transmission was ‘leaking’ fluid. They claimed it was ‘pretty bad’ and needed fixed quickly. Well, my transmission was under warranty, so I took the car there to be checked. There was nothing wrong with my transmission, just a bolt that needed tightening. The transmission shop even suggested that it is very unusual that this would have loosened on it’s own, and given the location, it may have been bumped or accidentally loosened while the oil change was being completed. Quicklane offered to fix this issue (that perhaps they had caused) for a price of $ 200. (I called to complain about this and they reassured me that they would never sell a customer something they don’t need).
Bottom line is that they are overpriced, suggest things that are perhaps unnecessary, and I don’t feel like I could trust them. If you go here and they suggest something, be sure you get a second opinion.
Even though it will be out of the way for me to go someplace else, I will do so in the future if at all possible. I suggest avoiding this place.

Since we bought our 2013 Ford Explorer my husband and I have been going there for oil changes and services. No complaints thus far and truly glad they have a rewards program to help save with costs once and a while. Their waiting area is clean, they have tvs, and cameras in the garage which I think is an excellent idea so you can see when they’re working on your car. i believe the camera views are from two angles of their garage. I probably don’t know much about the cost of oil changes or services, but i would say I pay a decent price at Quick Lane Tire & Auto. If I can’t do them myself, at least I’m giving someone a job to them for me. All that matters to me is that they are honest with the services they perform and charge the average price in the industry. I’m sure a lot of people comment with getting ripped off or getting charged additional services they didn’t need; unless you’re a mechanic yourself then you can make a credible comment to justify why you wouldn’t need a service or be charged a certain price. Therefore I believe this place deserves a 5 in my books.

Extremely disappointed by how my experience ended up turning out. I was in desperate need of an alignment for my front wheels, which they explained wouldn’t be a problem. Ultimately, my wheels have already come unaligned again after 3 weeks. That on top of subpar service I was provided, which I explain below.
I was told the wait would be no more than 2 hours, and I would be on my way. 2 and a half hours later, I was informed that my front tires were in such terrible condition, they wouldn’t be able to do the alignment unless they were replaced. Strange, as the tires were fairly new, and perfectly fine before I left my house, but fair enough I figured. They are the «experts» after all. Forced to pay full price for 2 brand new tires, I waited an additinal hour for them to just be put on, and 2 more hours for my alignment to actually be performed. In total, the wait was about 5 and a half hours… for a change of front tires and wheel alignment. Customers that arrived after me left well before they even started working on my tires. What bothers me the most though is that a lady who arrived after me and waited about 3 hours was offered a discount for how long everything was taking. But my 5 hours of waiting was never addressed, and I ended up paying 3 times the amount expected for an alignment.
All this for services which came unaligned after only 3 weeks. Avoid this place.

Our first visit here and won’t be our last.
