We had a leak on our roof by the chimney. PD Contracting quickly fixed the problem. It rained and the roof still leaked a little bit in the same spot. PD Contracting came back and fixed the problem at no extra charge. And the price was fair. PD Contracting personnel were professional, polite, and prompt. Thank you, Dave.

We are midway through our remodel project and I am glad we chose PD Contracting. Our project was not huge; we wanted to move our laundry room to an upstairs hall closet, turn the existing laundry room into a walk-​in pantry and create a built-​in hall bookcase with doors. It took several weeks to even get three bids because other contractors were too busy to bother returning calls or come out to give an estimate. Dave returned my call timely, came out as scheduled and provided an estimate. He was thorough in making sure all of our questions were answered.
The day before the work began, he and Jeff, one of his guys came to walk to job and make sure we were all on the same page. The next morning, Jeff and a crew of demo guys came and demo’d everything and even started putting things back together. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves, even tried to mop my floor to make sure there was no dust left, but I told them it was not necessary.
I am a super picky about things and Dave is very patient with all of my questions and last minute changes and requests. I am sure I can be annoying, but he hasn’t appeared annoyed (at least not to my face :))

The job is complete. Overall, I am super happy with the project. Moving the laundry upstairs was a great decision. I highly recommend it. We took steps to ensure the house wouldn’t shake when the washer/​dryer were in use. After reading about upstairs laundry rooms, I was very worried. I can sit on the floor next to them and not feel any vibrations/​movement. A walk-​in pantry/​storage room is pretty awesome too.
They lose one star for the time it took. The time it took was not completely their fault, I suppose. I did add and change a few things, but there were delays that were not a result of my changes. TIP: If the contractor didn’t walk the job with the subcontractor, I would not assume that the subcontractor knows what they are supposed to be doing and just let them work, even if they say that they know what they need to do. That resulted in a few delays and extra trips for the subs. I didn’t want to direct the subs on what they should be doing, but as it turns out, they didn’t realize that [fill in the task] was part of their scope of work. Or, they said something like ‘I didn’t know about that, I don’t have the right tool to do that. If I would have known, I would have brought my [tool].‘
They were very nice, easy to work with, trustworthy and cleaned up after themselves. I’ll take delays any day over people I can’t trust or that leave a mess. I’d call them again.

His crew was very professional and did a great job…
i would recommend him to anyone who needs a great contractor…

PD Contracting just installed a «Quite Cool» fan system in my house. I got a list of authorized dealers from the Quite Cool company and they had the best price for this particular system. The fan works great, highly satisfied, would recommend.

I have had PD Contracting perform 2 small jobs for me. Dave, the owner, is a great guy and always fast to respond to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Even though I called him for a couple of small jobs, he took care of them as if they were million dollar deals.
The first job they helped me with was repairing the gate on my fence after it blew down in the wind. They were out the next day and did a fantastic repair job.
The second job, I called PD Contracting for my grandmother who had a rental house with a sewer line problem. She was receiving quotes in the $ 10k range. Dave from PD Contracting went to her house, examined the problem correctly and fixed it the same day for $ 900. This is because he is honest and only fixed what was required to be fixed.
If all contractors were like Dave and PD Contracting, the world would be a better place!

Dave Yarnall, owner of PD Contracting, Inc, is professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable, easy to contact, & our first choice for our contractor needs. We had a 360º deck that was leaning and bowing from the original contractor’s negligent work. Dave and his excellent crew knew immediately how to fix it and bring it up to high visual and safety standards. They did the work on time, for a competitive price, and we were very happy with everything. We are now having them install a whole house fan, and will use them for other work to be done later, too.

PD Contracting is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. They have a trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking group of workers. The owner Dave Yarnall was professional, courteous, incredibly responsive at answering any questions, and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. The repairs and renovations on our home were done within the budget quoted and the quality of their work was excellent. We would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

PD Contracting is a great company whose owners pride themselves on truly listening to their customers. Taking one’s vision and making it a reality is what they are good at. I recommend Dave and Nadine’s services to anyone in the area. I recommend checking out the other reviews that Unilocal doesn’t recommend due to its algorithm.
