Look no further for your car audio needs. Seriously! I made the mistake of going to Best Buy last weekend to look for and schedule installation of a bluetooth headunit in my 2006 Toyota Corolla. It was nearly impossible to find somebody who could help me, let alone knew what they were talking about. Overpriced head units, and no installation slots within a 50 mile radius for four weeks. Frustrated, I drove over to Pacific Stereo, where somebody very nice helped me immediately find exactly what I wanted for a great price. No upsell tactics, and they had me pay for everything up front, and told me to simply bring in my receipt the following Saturday morning. Installation took maybe 45 minutes, enough time for my husband and I to enjoy a nice breakfast across the street. The gentleman who helped me that morning even helped me pair my phone, and I LOVE the unit I purchased. Friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable about their products. Would highly recommend to anybody!

I have a 2009 Harley Davidson Road Glide. There are tons of car audio installers out there but who do you trust with your Harley. A little different to mess with. The answer is Pacific Stereo Riverside. Jose set me up with awesome sound and professional installation.
Before I had Sirius wires, iPhone wires hanging all over and NOW I can park in the bike corral at the Long Beach Chopper flea market without the old wire mess.

Got a Sony CD player with USB MP3 for my G35 to replace the factory system that jammed. Got a good deal from Jose. System sounds great. Professional install for less that Best Buy quoted and no wait (Best Buy had 3 week wait to install!!!)

Just got my windows tinted and they did a really good job. Danny recommended this place and I am very satisfied with the job they did. In the past I also had speakers put in and as always they keep doing a good job. I will definitely be returning!

Great shop. Went in the other day to find a stereo and Danny helped me out. He really tried to help find the best stereo for me, he was very knowledgable. I didn’t feel he was trying to just sell me the most expensive one (which has happened at other car stereo shops). Another thing I liked was that he spoke Spanish! Great guy. I’ll definitely be coming back for anything my car needs in the future. Definitely recommend for anyone to come here. Ask for Danny!

As a retired business owner I know the importance of customer service. I purchased a stereo out of state for my sons car and had him take it to Pacific Stereo to have it installed. Mimo told us to bring it in and they would install it. Unfortunately he got held up in traffic and shown up 30 min after his appointment just 45 min before they were closing. They installed it on the spot. Absolutely the best customer service. In addition they have a HUGE selection of inventory from Alpine, JL Audio, Kenwood, Pioneer, etc… at the best prices in town. This is the best audio shop in Riverside for all your audio needs.

Great tint job but not the best customer service. I was really hoping to give this place more stars but I had to come back three days in a row and finally ask if there was any way for me to set an appointment or if there was anything I could do in order to secure a spot so they could take care of my car. I really wish they had let me know I could make an appointment beforehand so I didn’t waste my time. They acted like they could care less even though I was a paying customer who agreed to the price they quoted me without dispute. I also wanted to tip for the labor but not after the treatment I got.

These people ripped my Dad and I off. For Christmas I bought my dad a pair of fog lights for his new car. When he went to get them installed at pacific stereo in riverside, they didn’t tell him that the lights didn’t fit his car. A couple of days went by and the lights went out. After taking his car back, one of the staff members said that there was nothing they could do and that if he were to remove them, that would be an additional $ 150! They even had the nerve to tell him that the lights weren’t good and my dad was like, «Why didn’t you tell me that before you installed them?» The staff member’s response was, «You paid us to install them.» Now we know that this place is your typical money over customer shop… asshole.

I never did update my review from 2013. Shame on me!!! Since getting my sons SSR done, I have had my F150 system done, my 2014 Harley Davidson Street Glide and my son’s 2015 mustang tint completed. Not to mention I have sent 5 guys that I know for sure got work done and now are raving fans.
Ask for Meemo and he will hook you up.

For 26 years every vehicle I owned had to have a custom stereo system because I am a true music lover. I recently purchased a vehicle and wanted a simple system that both my wife and I could enjoy. I wanted something that sounds great when played at low volumes so that my wife and I could still converse and I can sub like a crazy man when im alone. Mission accomplished.
The employees are very knowledgeable of the products that they sell. They are honest as well, because they will not try to sell something to you that is not necessary. I was always an EQ guy, and with my new stereo the EQ is included. I trusted them and did not purchase the separate EQ.
I have to say that when I picked up my truck Pacific the installation exceeded my expectation. The install accomplished what I wanted, but the sound quality was above and beyond what I was anticipating. Pacific Stereo gave me the estimate date and approximate time of completion, and delivered on my vehicle to me on time. Very happy

I stopped in, because my back speakers & sub suddenly stopped working. I figured some wires got loosened last time I had my truck cleaned. They wanted to charge me $ 45 just to look at it. I left, went to STEREO PROS IN CORONA… Sure enough, it was a loose wire. They had me outta there in 2 minutes. Thanks for nothing! Stereo pros can have all MY business

For an early Father’s Day surprise I purchased a wake tower, kicker tower speakers and amp from a place I thought was reputable in Canyon Lake. Long story short, after our first time out on the water, two of the speakers would not work. Because the place in Canyon Lake had messed up so many things on our boat, we refused to take it back to them. I called Joe, told him all our issues. After he took one look at the boat, he recommended a complete re-​wire and a back up battery. Joe kept in contact with us throughout the process. When we picked our boat up, it’s as though we were hearing our speakers for the first time. The wires were no longer visible, and the fire hazard of what that place in Canyon Lake did was gone. Thank You Joe.

I came several months ago to purchase a complete multimedia system for my wife’s van. I worked with Joe exclusively and had a good experience overall.
Upfront joe gave me a flat rate price and that was the price I paid out the door.
We set an appointment for first thing in the morning and got a call early afternoon that everything was good to go.
Over the next few weeks I noticed a few problems with the system. I sent a list to Joe and when I brought my van in he told me «we will take care of everything» and they did.
A few weeks later I came back In to get a rear view camera installed and has the same positive experience.
I will definitely recommend pacific stereo to my friends. Thanks Joe!!!
