Doug S.

Business Owner

Doug is the owner /​Broker of Shepherd Realty Group and President of Outlook Escrow Inc. He is a 32 year veteran of the real estate sales industry. Starting in 1983 in Torrance, California, as a sales associate for a small independent company, he worked to become one of the top sales people in a large regional firm. After moving to the Inland Empire in the 1987, Doug became managing partner of Veteran Housing Center in Riverside and went on to obtain his broker license in 1991. Over the years he has owned and operated several real estate sale offices. Starting Shepherd Realty Group in 1995 with one sales associate he grew the firm to over 80 sales agents. He continues to list and sell real estate everyday with a personal career sales volume of over $ 150 Million and almost 1000 personal closed sales.
