Living the Dream Party Rentals

My opinion: Look Elsewhere for your rental needs! My family rented tables, chairs and light strings for a party this past weekend.
Here were the problems: They do not arrive on time for delivery, in fact they were over an hour late than the time they committed to.
The tables & chairs all needed to be cleaned – that was not such a big deal since that is not unusual – but theirs were extremely dirty.
The lights were obviously not checked before they left them, which by the way were in a plastic tub all tangled up & had to be untangled before use. When we plugged the lights in we learned that three of the ten bulbs on the string were burned out. We called the owner/​manager «Jeff» to advise him, and did he offer to solve the issue? No! We ended up having to purchase & our own low-​wattage bulbs to use for the party.
The next morning I received a call that they were on their way to pick up the items, a time was scheduled, then (no surprise) a second call to announce they would be late (again.) I spoke to the delivery man and was very specific that since I had an appointment to make & had to leave our home, I would leave a gate unlocked for him to enter & exit. He assured me that he would close & lock it on his departure. When we arrived back home – the gate was WIDE OPEN! Not only did the pick-​up guy leave it unlocked, he decided to go full stupid and leave it open! As a result our dog got loose & had to be found. I called the delivery man & left a message for Jeff, and did I get a return call or an offer to help find my dog they let loose? Of course not. A business like theirs simply does not care about its customers.
In short this is the WORST RENTAL COMPANY we’ve ever dealt with and I recommend looking elsewhere for your needs. If you rent from this LTD all that happens is your stress levels will increase needlessly.
