Warning to any potential customers thinking about going to this shoe repair location. The man behind the counter is agressive and abusive towards women. He does not understand that the customer is always right. He does not try to satisfy his customers. He has a reputation of over charging and doing poor work. This is our experience with this man, someone needed to tell him and that someone is me. Hopefully he reads this message and changes his ways, until then stay away.

OVERPRICED! I paid $ 18 for a spit shine on my Bates boots for the academy. Ridiculous. Yea he did it on the spot but it was like he just drenched it in liquid. He put no wax at all. It’s like taking that sponge shoe shine and just drenching ur boots in it. It’s very temporary. Horrible work and over prized. To top it off I asked how much a kiwi shoe polish can was and the guy tells me $ 10.50. Are you kidding me?! That same can costs like $ 4 at Walgreens! I know it’s a private business but I think he’s really pushing the prices too high!

DISHONEST SLACKER.
Paid $ 48 for him to repair the STRAP of a single shoe. 4 weeks later, still NO PROGRESS. After 2 follow up phone calls, he complained about how hard it is to replace the strap on one shoe, and how he still has to order the parts. Really?
He shouldn’t have accepted the job in the first place. Ended up demanding for a refund and taking my shoes somewhere else. Got my shoes repaired in 2 days.
This place is a total waste of time. Take your shoes ANYWHERE ELSE.

I will never go to this place again. I decided to try them, after finding them on Unilocal and I’m very disappointed with their customer service. I ended up having to make 3 trips to pick up my repair (I live about ½ hr away). The owner didn’t bother to call me either of the first 2 times that I drove there, to tell me not to come after all (he knew I was coming and had my number). I think after making me drive there that many times for nothing, he should of at least discounted the repair but he didn’t do that either. I will never go back and definitely don’t recommend it.
