So happy that there is a local escrow company that cares. I use them for all my escrow needs and they are so efficient and helpful. Knowledge is key, so I won’t go anywhere else.

Honestly if I could give the company 0 stars then I would. There were many mistakes made during the process of my loan. When trying to get ahold of my escrow officer for over a week I decided to copy the manager Claire on an email. She then replied but not without a demeaning tone and making me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. My question had to do with my homeowner’s insurance, little did she know I previously worked in insurance and have since been in the financial services industry. I completely understood the process. There were more errors along the way, but finally my loan closed! However, when my loan docs were notarized there were some documents that required my new address so that after they were filed they could be mailed to me. Same goes for the seller of the house, but the worst part is that when they put the address for them they didn’t use their new address. It may not sound so bad, however I ended up with lien release paperwork for this gentleman, child support lien release papers. Those are papers that should have never ended up in the wrong hands.

Unprofessional and rude escrow officer. Made a mistake on closing statement and gave her excuse instead of apology. Always not available (or pretend not to be available) every time I call her. Choose another escrow company if you can (unless you don’t mind the headache dealing with incompetence)

This escrow company is AMAZING!!! I have been in the business for 27 years and am so happy to find such a professional escrow company. Always friendly and helpful when I call or need something plus they treat my clients like royalty. I definitely tell all of my associates to use them! You will Not be disappointed! If you want the BEST in the Inland Empire don’t go anywhere else!
